基于企業(yè)生命周期理論的TR公司成長(zhǎng)路徑研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)生命周期理論的研究受到世界各國(guó)的廣泛關(guān)注,無(wú)論是對(duì)其概念、理論、發(fā)展過(guò)程還是相關(guān)實(shí)物都進(jìn)行了大量的研究,但這些研究的視角針對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的研究相對(duì)缺乏。本文內(nèi)容所采取分析的TR公司屬于民營(yíng)企業(yè)中比較典型的佼佼者。TR公司于2004年正式成立,屬于國(guó)家級(jí)高新技術(shù)企業(yè),目前已經(jīng)具備規(guī)模龐大的工業(yè)園區(qū)和國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平的研究院,是國(guó)內(nèi)電力設(shè)備制造業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)。雖然TR公司生存發(fā)展的時(shí)間并不長(zhǎng),但是該公司短短十幾年的時(shí)間迅速完成了初生期、成長(zhǎng)期、成熟期的轉(zhuǎn)變,并且在成熟早期迅速完成了二次成長(zhǎng)的初生期,再次進(jìn)入了多元化的高速成長(zhǎng)期。因此,無(wú)論是從理論意義還是學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值、社會(huì)效益等來(lái)看,針對(duì)TR公司不同生命周期的成長(zhǎng)研究都具有非常重要的意義。關(guān)于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)路徑研究的理論性研究比較多,實(shí)證研究還很缺乏,民營(yíng)企業(yè)由于缺乏其他企業(yè)所具有的政策、市場(chǎng)、資金、人員等多方面的扶持,在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中面臨著巨大的生存和發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn),因此對(duì)TR公司成長(zhǎng)路徑進(jìn)行研究分析一個(gè)值得關(guān)注的研究方向。本文詳細(xì)介紹了企業(yè)生命周期和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論的理論基礎(chǔ),首先介紹了企業(yè)生命周期理論的概念、階段和表現(xiàn),其次介紹了企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論的概念、視角和應(yīng)用,為本文基于企業(yè)生命周期理論的成長(zhǎng)路徑分析打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)搜索、實(shí)地考察、座談采訪等方式收集了TR公司的相關(guān)資料,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)文化、財(cái)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀等方面闡述了TR公司的發(fā)展情況,從而判斷公司目前所處成長(zhǎng)階段,并提出公司的發(fā)展問(wèn)題,為后續(xù)的具體分析提供基礎(chǔ);谄髽I(yè)生命周期理論,本文剖析了TR公司初創(chuàng)期、成長(zhǎng)期、成熟期、二次成長(zhǎng)期的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)狀況等方面,分析了企業(yè)成功的相關(guān)因素,從而得到了企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)路徑的具體分析。通過(guò)以上分析,本文針對(duì)TR公司目前的發(fā)展情況和對(duì)未來(lái)的預(yù)測(cè),提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策和管理建議。
[Abstract]:The research of enterprise life cycle theory has been paid more and more attention all over the world. Many researches have been carried out on its concept, theory, development process and related objects. However, the research on private enterprises from the perspective of these studies is relatively lacking.Tr Company, which is a typical leader of private enterprises, was formally established in 2004 and belongs to national high-tech enterprises.At present, it has a large industrial park and advanced research institutes in China, and is a leading enterprise in domestic power equipment manufacturing industry.Although the survival and development time of tr Company is not long, the company has completed the transition of birth, growth and maturity in a short period of ten years, and has completed the initial period of secondary growth in the early stage of maturity.Once again entered the diversification of high-speed growth period.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the growth of tr company in different life cycle from the point of view of theoretical significance, academic value, social benefit and so on.There are many theoretical studies on the path of enterprise growth, but empirical research is still lacking. Private enterprises lack the support of other enterprises in terms of policies, markets, funds, personnel, and so on.In the fierce competition market environment is facing the huge survival and development challenges, so to research and analyze the growth path of tr company is a research direction worthy of attention.This paper introduces the theoretical basis of enterprise life cycle and enterprise growth theory in detail. Firstly, it introduces the concept, stage and performance of enterprise life cycle theory, and then introduces the concept, perspective and application of enterprise life cycle theory.This paper lays a solid theoretical foundation for the growth path analysis based on the enterprise life cycle theory.This paper collects the relevant information of tr company through literature search, field investigation, interview and so on, and expounds the development of tr company from the aspects of organization structure, business status, corporate culture, financial situation, etc.Thus, the author judges the current growth stage of the company and puts forward the development problems of the company, which provides the basis for further concrete analysis.Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper analyzes the related factors of the success of tr Company in the aspects of the enterprise strategy, the main business, the financial situation and so on in the initial period, the growth period, the maturity period and the secondary growth period.Thus, the specific analysis of the growth path of enterprises is obtained.According to the above analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures and management suggestions in view of the current development situation and forecast of the future of tr Company.
