【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更多的是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),企業(yè)的人力資本水平在一定程度上決定了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和管理能力,進(jìn)而影響了企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。民營(yíng)中小型制造業(yè)企業(yè)面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)下行、市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型、貨幣升值的嚴(yán)峻市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,急需在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品升級(jí)上獲得突破,這就需要在人才培養(yǎng)方面加大力度,特別是穩(wěn)定關(guān)鍵員工隊(duì)伍,發(fā)揮好他們?cè)诩夹g(shù)創(chuàng)新和科學(xué)管理方面的領(lǐng)軍者和帶頭人作用,為企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。JW公司是一家典型的中小民營(yíng)制造企業(yè),本文以JW公司研究對(duì)象,利用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的形式對(duì)關(guān)鍵員工的激勵(lì)情況展開(kāi)研究,從問(wèn)卷的結(jié)果中我們了解JW公司關(guān)鍵員工對(duì)當(dāng)前激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀的滿意程度,并進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn)了JW.公司在關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)方面存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題,本文還提出了JW公司關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)體系改善建議。具體而言,本文共分為6個(gè)部分:第一部分引言。對(duì)本研究的研究背景、研究目的及意義和研究方法及內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述,界定本研究的范圍,說(shuō)明討論關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)實(shí)作用。第二部分相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)相關(guān)激勵(lì)理論進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并概述本研究課題的現(xiàn)有研究現(xiàn)狀,為本研究的開(kāi)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分研究對(duì)象簡(jiǎn)介。對(duì)民營(yíng)中小制造企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)及其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,關(guān)鍵員工的界定進(jìn)行概要性描述。并對(duì)本文選取的案例公司JW公司所處行業(yè)和公司概況以及其關(guān)鍵員工流動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行介紹,為我們更加準(zhǔn)確深入地分析關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建較為完整的背景和環(huán)境。第四部分為JW公司關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)分析。分析JW關(guān)鍵員工現(xiàn)狀,并全面闡述關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)滿意度調(diào)查的實(shí)施過(guò)程,根據(jù)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷結(jié)果分析當(dāng)前關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)存在的問(wèn)題。第五部分為JW企業(yè)關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)體系改善建議。在JW公司關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)滿意度分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出針對(duì)現(xiàn)有激勵(lì)缺陷的改進(jìn)建議,完善JW公司關(guān)鍵員工激勵(lì)體系。第六部分研究結(jié)論與未來(lái)展望。總結(jié)本文的研究成果以及研究局限。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the market competition is more the competition of talents. To a certain extent, the level of human capital determines the ability of technological innovation and management, and then affects the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Faced with the economic downturn, market transformation and currency appreciation, private small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises urgently need to make breakthroughs in technological innovation and product upgrading.In particular, to stabilize the contingent of key employees, to give full play to their role as leaders and leaders in technological innovation and scientific management, and to contribute to the long-term development of enterprises. JW Company is a typical small and medium-sized private manufacturing enterprise.Based on the research object of JW Company, this paper makes use of the questionnaire to study the incentive situation of the key employees. From the results of the questionnaire, we understand the satisfaction of the key employees of JW Company with the current incentive situation, and further find out the JWs.Problems in key employee motivation in the company.Aiming at the existing problems, this paper also puts forward some suggestions to improve the incentive system of key employees in JW Company.Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts: the first part of the introduction.The research background, purpose, significance, research methods and contents of this study are expounded, the scope of this study is defined, and the practical role of discussing the key employee motivation problem is explained.The second part of the relevant theoretical basis.This paper briefly introduces the relevant incentive theory, and summarizes the present research situation of this research topic, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the development of this research.The third part introduces the research object.This paper briefly describes the characteristics and development status of private small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and the definition of key staff.The paper also introduces the industry and company situation of JW Company and its key employee mobility, which provides us with a more accurate and in-depth analysis of key employee motivation issues, and constructs a more complete background and environment.The fourth part is the key employee incentive analysis of JW Company.This paper analyzes the current situation of JW key employees, and expounds the implementation process of the key employee incentive satisfaction survey. According to the results of the questionnaire, it analyzes the problems existing in the current key employee motivation.The fifth part is the suggestion to improve the incentive system of key employees in JW enterprise.Based on the analysis of the incentive satisfaction of key employees in JW Company, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the incentive system of key employees in JW Company.The sixth part of the research conclusions and future prospects.Summarize the research results and limitations of this paper.
