【摘要】：當(dāng)今電子信息制造業(yè)已是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的基礎(chǔ)性和先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè),作為知識(shí)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)不可避免地要走在科技創(chuàng)新的最前端�！笆濉币�(guī)劃當(dāng)中指出電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)將成為整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè),信息產(chǎn)業(yè)需要適度的集聚發(fā)展,在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵期,中國(guó)與其他國(guó)家基本上站在了同一起跑線上,所以,無論是從國(guó)家宏觀角度還是從國(guó)內(nèi)各地區(qū)微觀角度都要把握住這次機(jī)會(huì),增強(qiáng)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,提高國(guó)家的綜合實(shí)力。遼寧省作為東北老工業(yè)基地,對(duì)全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用,遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)近年來得到很大程度的發(fā)展,但是整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展績(jī)效水平不高,并且隨著各地區(qū)尤其是東部發(fā)達(dá)省市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)遼寧省的沖擊比較大,遼寧省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)怎樣才能實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,使需迫切解決的問題。基于上述的大背景下,本文選取遼寧省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,首先在闡釋電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)有關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了深入的理論研究,其次對(duì)遼寧省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度做了描述性分析,第三是分析了遼寧省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響因素,包括:科技創(chuàng)新能力(新產(chǎn)品銷售收入和專利申請(qǐng)數(shù)),創(chuàng)新投入(研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入K、研發(fā)人員投入L)、產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)MARKET、政府支持FINAN、盈利能力PROFIT、外商直接投資FDI、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度COLL,第四是基于這9個(gè)指標(biāo),選取我國(guó)28各省市(排除西藏、青海、新疆)面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得出哪些因素促進(jìn)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升,哪些因素抑制了創(chuàng)新能力的提高,文章最后得出結(jié)論和提出建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the electronic information manufacturing industry is the basic and leading industry in the national economy of our country, as a knowledge-intensive industry, The electronic information industry inevitably has to walk in the front end of the scientific and technological innovation. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, it was pointed out that the electronic information industry will become the main driving force of the entire economy. As a new industry, the information industry needs a moderate agglomeration and development. In the critical period of economic transformation, China basically stands on the same starting line as other countries. Therefore, whether from a national macro perspective or from a domestic, regional or micro perspective, we should seize this opportunity. As an old industrial base in Northeast China, Liaoning Province plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Liaoning's economy has developed to a large extent in recent years, but the overall competitiveness is not strong, the industrial structure is unreasonable, and the level of industrial development performance is not high. And with the impact of the development of electronic information industry on Liaoning Province, especially in the eastern developed provinces and cities, how to realize the leap-forward development of the electronic information industry in Liaoning Province, which makes it urgent to solve the problem. This paper selects the electronic information industry of Liaoning Province as the research object. Firstly, on the basis of explaining the theory of electronic information industry, the paper makes a deep theoretical study on the innovation ability of electronic information industry. Secondly, the paper makes a descriptive analysis on the development status and industrial concentration of electronic information industry in Liaoning Province. The third part analyzes the factors influencing the innovation ability of electronic information industry in Liaoning Province. It includes: scientific and technological innovation capability (new product sales income and patent application number), innovation investment (R & D funds input K, R & D personnel input LU, property structure Mark, government support finan, profitability PROFIT, foreign direct investment FDI, industrial convergence degree. Coll, fourth is based on these nine indicators, The panel data of 28 provinces and cities in China (excluding Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang) are analyzed empirically to find out which factors promote the innovation ability of electronic information industry, and which factors inhibit the improvement of innovation ability. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions.
