【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟和科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)在不斷開拓市場和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的同時,往往忽視了存貨的管理,而存貨作為企業(yè)賴以生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)對企業(yè)發(fā)展有深遠(yuǎn)的影響。由于存貨管理是一個長期持續(xù)的過程,應(yīng)該伴隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展不斷加以完善。文章以制造業(yè)企業(yè)為例,首先介紹了存貨的概念,分析了存貨具有的有形性、流動性及易損性的特點,并根據(jù)存貨的特點分析了制造業(yè)企業(yè)存貨管理的意義,即存貨管理可以降低存貨對資金的占用,節(jié)約企業(yè)資金支出,加速存貨的周轉(zhuǎn)速度,降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險,避免企業(yè)不必要的損失;其次指出了制造業(yè)企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段存貨管理中存在的主要問題,主要包括存貨管理制度和內(nèi)部控制不完善、采購計劃制定不合理、存貨的庫存管理和會計核算不規(guī)范、存貨管理人員專業(yè)素質(zhì)不高等;最后針對上述問題提出加強存貨管理的對策建議,包括完善存貨管理制度、科學(xué)編制采購計劃、加強存貨的質(zhì)量控制、規(guī)范存貨的庫存管理和會計核算、提高存貨管理人員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, enterprises often ignore the inventory management while constantly opening up the market and technological innovation. Inventory, as the basis for the survival and development of enterprises, has a profound impact on the development of enterprises. As inventory management is a long-term and continuous process, it should be continuously improved with the development of enterprises. This paper takes manufacturing enterprises as an example. This paper first introduces the concept of inventory, analyzes the characteristics of physical, liquidity and vulnerability of inventory, and analyzes the significance of inventory management in manufacturing enterprises according to the characteristics of inventory, that is, inventory management can reduce the use of capital by inventory. Saving the capital expenditure of the enterprise, accelerating the turnover speed of the stock, reducing the operating risk of the enterprise, avoiding the unnecessary loss of the enterprise. Secondly, it points out the main problems existing in the inventory management of the manufacturing enterprise at the present stage. Mainly includes the inventory management system and the internal control is not perfect, the purchase plan formulation is unreasonable, the inventory management and the accounting accounting is not standardized, the inventory management personnel specialized quality is not high and so on; Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen inventory management are put forward, including perfecting inventory management system, making purchase plan scientifically, strengthening inventory quality control, standardizing inventory management and accounting. Improve the professional quality of inventory management personnel, etc.
