【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和城市加快發(fā)展,使得建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步成為經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步的推手,并產(chǎn)生了明顯的社會效益。但其進(jìn)步與面臨的困境同時并行,隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的變化,業(yè)內(nèi)一些突出問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。例如,市場適應(yīng)性還不夠強(qiáng),企業(yè)規(guī)模與人力素養(yǎng)還不夠匹配,企業(yè)捕捉商機(jī)的敏銳度還不夠高,適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化的能力還不夠強(qiáng)。陜西恒翔建筑安裝工程有限公司便是其中一個具有較強(qiáng)代表性的例證。該公司作為本土建筑行業(yè)的異軍,其發(fā)展水平的高低與否對于該地區(qū)建筑業(yè)整體水平的提升將會產(chǎn)生一定的影響。本文擇取陜西恒翔建筑安裝工程有限公司為研究個案,深入探討其在新形勢下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題。本文以研究和文獻(xiàn)綜述先行,利用PEST、波特五力模型等戰(zhàn)略分析方法,通過對企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的梳理,對外部市場環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源情況進(jìn)行綜合分析。繼而對企業(yè)內(nèi)部相關(guān)要素進(jìn)行評估,得出相關(guān)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境綜合評價。再借助SWOT分析法進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略匹配,運(yùn)用QSPM矩陣進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇及評價,幫助其選擇增長型的成長策略,并提出相關(guān)實施建議和保障措施,旨在確保該目標(biāo)最終得以實現(xiàn)。總而言之,陜西恒翔建筑安裝工程有限公司在發(fā)展過程中面臨著更加復(fù)雜多變的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,競爭壓力不斷增強(qiáng),需要改變以往的發(fā)展方式,適時調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。希望通過本文理論分析和實地調(diào)研并用的研究方法,為該公司遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展提供切實有益的指導(dǎo),并籍此推動建筑業(yè)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The economic growth and the rapid development of the city make the construction industry become the driving force of economic progress and bring about obvious social benefits. However, its progress is parallel to the predicament it faces, and with the change of the market economy situation, Some outstanding problems in the industry are gradually emerging. For example, the market adaptability is not strong enough, the size of the enterprise does not match with the human literacy, and the enterprise is not sharp enough to capture business opportunities. The ability to adapt to environmental change is not strong enough. Shaanxi Hengxiang Building and installation Engineering Co., Ltd. is one of the most representative examples. The level of its development will have a certain impact on the overall level of the construction industry in this area. This paper chooses Shaanxi Hengxiang Construction and installation Engineering Co., Ltd as a case study. Based on the research and literature review, this paper makes use of the methods of strategic analysis, such as pest, Porter's five Force Model, and combs the present situation and existing problems of enterprise development. The external market environment and internal resources are comprehensively analyzed. Then the relevant internal factors are evaluated and the relevant internal environment comprehensive evaluation is obtained. Then SWOT analysis is used to carry out strategic matching. Use QSPM matrix to choose and evaluate the strategy, help them to choose the growth growth strategy, and put forward the relevant implementation suggestions and safeguard measures to ensure that the goal can be achieved. In the process of development, Shaanxi Hengxiang Construction and installation Engineering Co., Ltd. is faced with a more complex and changeable internal and external environment, and the competitive pressure is constantly increasing, so it is necessary to change the past development mode. It is hoped that through the research methods of theoretical analysis and field investigation in this paper, it will provide practical and beneficial guidance for the long-term development of the company, and thus promote the improvement and innovation of the long-term development planning of the construction industry.
