【摘要】：為了實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下煤炭企業(yè)降本增效的目的,本文從煤炭企業(yè)物資采購管理入手,研究了期權合約采購模式在煤炭企業(yè)采購中的應用問題。論文首先通過對文獻的學習和總結,了解到物資分類以及期權采購的相關的理論,在此基礎上,通過對目前煤炭企業(yè)采購現(xiàn)狀進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,為了解決煤炭企業(yè)物資采購中的問題,文章先根據(jù)卡拉杰克矩陣對煤炭企業(yè)物資進行了分類,在此基礎上,通過對不同物資采購策略的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤炭企業(yè)高風險物資能夠通過期權合約采購降低其供應風險,實現(xiàn)供需雙方的雙贏。之后,通過建立期權合約采購模型,分析了簽訂與不簽訂期權合約,供應商的利潤和采購企業(yè)的成本變化,通過S煤炭企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)對物資分類和期權合約采購模型進行了驗證,發(fā)現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)貨采購和期權采購同時存在的情況下,供應商與煤炭企業(yè)都有動力簽訂期權合約,期權合約采購模式降低了煤炭企業(yè)的成本,提高了供應商的利潤,實現(xiàn)了買賣雙方的共贏。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency of coal enterprises under the new normal state of economy, this paper starts with the material purchasing management of coal enterprises. This paper studies the application of option contract procurement model in coal enterprise procurement. Firstly, through the study and summary of the literature, the paper finds out the theory of material classification and option procurement, on the basis of which, Based on the analysis of the current purchasing situation of coal enterprises, this paper finds out the existing problems. In order to solve the problems in material procurement of coal enterprises, the paper classifies the materials of coal enterprises according to Karajak matrix, and on this basis, Through the study of different material purchasing strategies, it is found that high risk materials in coal enterprises can reduce their supply risk through option contract procurement, and realize the win-win situation between supply and demand. Then, through the establishment of option contract procurement model, This paper analyzes the change of the supplier's profit and the cost of the purchasing enterprise when signing or not signing the option contract, and verifies the material classification and the option contract purchasing model by the data of S coal enterprise. It is found that in the case of both spot purchase and option purchase, both suppliers and coal enterprises are motivated to sign option contracts, and the purchase mode of option contracts reduces the cost of coal enterprises and increases the profit of suppliers. A win-win situation has been achieved between the buyer and the seller.
