【摘要】：民技軍用是科技領(lǐng)域軍民融合發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。本文分闡述了民用技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)軍用潛力相關(guān)概念,介紹了證據(jù)推理理論,研究了民用技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)軍用潛力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了基于證據(jù)推理理論的民用技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)軍用潛力評(píng)價(jià)模型,并進(jìn)行了案例分析。研究結(jié)論為科學(xué)識(shí)別與客觀評(píng)價(jià)民技軍用潛力提供了理論和方法支持。
[Abstract]:The civilian technology military is an important content of the military and civilian integration development in the field of science and technology. This paper expounds the related concepts of civilian technology to military potential, introduces the evidence reasoning theory, and studies the evaluation index of civilian technology to military potential. The evaluation model of civilian technology to military potential based on evidence reasoning theory is constructed and case analysis is carried out. The research results provide theoretical and methodological support for scientific identification and objective evaluation of civilian technology military potential.
