【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)與電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān),研究新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營的影響十分重要。文中分析研究了城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)公司運(yùn)營的影響評價(jià)模型,構(gòu)建了一套新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)公司運(yùn)營影響的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提出了一種基于層次分析法(AHP)-熵權(quán)法的主客觀組合權(quán)重計(jì)算方法,建立了一種基于云模型的綜合評價(jià)方法。以某省8個(gè)地市的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)為例,對本文提出的綜合評價(jià)模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算驗(yàn)證。算例結(jié)果表明,新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)公司運(yùn)營影響的綜合評價(jià)結(jié)果與城鎮(zhèn)化率的發(fā)展趨勢大體一致;同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了文中提出的新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)公司運(yùn)營的影響評價(jià)模型是可行的,有良好的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The construction of new urbanization is closely related to the development of power industry. It is very important to study the impact of new urbanization on the operation of power grid enterprises. This paper analyzes and studies the evaluation model of the impact of urbanization development on the operation of power grid companies. In this paper, a new evaluation index system of the influence of urbanization development on the operation of power grid companies is established, and a subjective and objective combined weight calculation method based on AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) and entropy weight method is proposed. A comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model is established. Taking the actual data of 8 cities in a province as an example, the comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper is calculated and verified. The comprehensive evaluation results of the impact of the new urbanization development on the operation of grid companies are generally consistent with the development trend of urbanization rate, and at the same time, it also verifies the feasibility of the proposed evaluation model of the impact of the new urbanization development on the operation of grid companies. It has good practical value.
