【摘要】：伴隨世界經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展,能源的需求量空前增多,能源成為各國發(fā)展非常重要的問題。俄羅斯擁有能源大國的稱號,能源產(chǎn)業(yè)是其發(fā)展的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),也是整個國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要命脈。俄羅斯的諸多能源產(chǎn)業(yè)當中,天然氣占據(jù)著非常高的比重。在俄羅斯的天然氣行業(yè)領(lǐng)域,俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份是俄羅斯境內(nèi)最大的股份公司,無論是規(guī)模還是綜合實力都十分強勁,是一家全球性的能源公司,同時也是世界能源市場上不可或缺的一份子。俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司不僅為其本國的發(fā)展作出了突出的貢獻,與世界諸多的大國達成了能源合作關(guān)系,為更多的國家和地區(qū)輸送天然氣資源。作為業(yè)內(nèi)的“航空母艦”,俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司的發(fā)展領(lǐng)域涵蓋了天然氣勘探、開采、運輸、儲藏、銷售、天然氣與液體碳氫化合物的分配,以及生產(chǎn)高端冶煉終端產(chǎn)品等項目。俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司在發(fā)展的過程當中,面臨諸多的風險問題。分析股份公司財務(wù)風險管理及其控制策略對企業(yè)的健康良性發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文主要從俄氣公司的風險管理層面入手,通過分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻綜述,并且再結(jié)合相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對俄氣公司在風險管理方面的現(xiàn)狀作更為深入的分析,最后結(jié)合俄氣公司當前的發(fā)展狀況以及在風險管理方面存在的問題,從風險評估、管理策略、風險文化構(gòu)建以及風險管理監(jiān)督等方面,提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化措施和相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, the demand for energy is increasing unprecedentedly, and energy has become a very important issue for the development of various countries. Russia has the title of energy power, and the energy industry is the pillar industry of its development. It is also an important lifeline to the economic development of the whole country. Among Russia's many energy industries, natural gas occupies a very high proportion. In Russia's natural gas industry, The Russian natural gas industry shares are the largest joint-stock companies in Russia, both in terms of scale and comprehensive strength, and are a global energy company. At the same time, it is also an indispensable part of the world energy market. Gazprom has not only made outstanding contributions to the development of its own country, but has concluded energy cooperation relations with many major countries in the world. As an aircraft carrier in the industry, Gazprom's development fields cover natural gas exploration, exploitation, transportation, storage, marketing, Distribution of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons, and production of high-end smelting end products. Gazprom is in the process of development. It is important to analyze the financial risk management and its control strategy of joint-stock company for the healthy and benign development of the enterprise. This paper mainly starts from the risk management level of Gazprom. By analyzing the literature review at home and abroad, and combining with the relevant theories, this paper makes a more in-depth analysis of the current situation of risk management in Gazprom. Finally, according to the current development of Gazprom and the existing problems in risk management, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures and relevant suggestions from the aspects of risk assessment, management strategy, risk culture construction and risk management supervision.
