【摘要】:電力設備生產是電力產業(yè)中最基礎的一環(huán)。由于全球經濟放緩及國內產能過剩,電力行業(yè)整體不景氣,電力設備的市場需求量下降,市場競爭加劇。對于電力設備生產企業(yè),降低生產成本、提高生產效率成為了面對市場壓力的對策。生產現場是企業(yè)經濟效益的源頭,也是產生浪費的源頭。通過推行基于6S管理的現場活動來進行改善,可有效規(guī)避生產過程中存在的浪費現象,生產成本縮減的同時,產品質量與生產效率隨之提升。從電力設備生產企業(yè)角度來看,能夠找到解決生產現場問題的途徑,具有重要的現實意義和價值。本文重點研究了電力設備公司生產現場6S管理模式體系及效果評價。首先,本文分析了電力設備公司生產現場6S管理研究的背景和研究意義,并在綜述國內外研究現狀的基礎上,闡述了6S管理的內容、與自身和其他管理之間的管理關系、6S管理的推行步驟、常用方法等理論;其次,利用魚骨圖分析法分析了Y公司電力設備現場生產現狀,并對存在問題做成因分析,同時歸納整理出了在Y電力設備生產企業(yè)實施6S管理的需求型、必要性和可行性;再次,構建了在電力設備生產現場實施以6S管理為基礎的現場改進理論體系,從基礎支撐子體系、方法子體系、評價監(jiān)督子體系、目標子體系幾個方面進行詳細論述,在此基礎上提出實施6S管理體系的具體方法;最后,從6S管理的概念入手,結合電力設備制造企業(yè)Y公司的實際特點,論述了生產制造企業(yè)實施6S管理的評價體系架構,設計了評價指標體系,構建了基于層次分析法的6S管理應用效果模糊綜合評價模型,對Y公司6S管理的應用效果進行了分析與評價研究,據此對Y公司接下來的管理模式提出改進措施。本文根據6S管理的理論研究在企業(yè)的應用實證,得出了6S管理可為企業(yè)帶來“降低企業(yè)成本、保證產品品質、保障安全生產、提高員工素質、提升企業(yè)形象、提升企業(yè)競爭力”的結論。通過對6S管理應用效果的評價,找到有效解決與改善組織體系,深化6s管理水平的辦法,形成長效機制,令核心競爭力理念滲透企業(yè),基于企業(yè)核心競爭力和品質文化戰(zhàn)略高度之上進行打造,實現對6S管理內涵與意義的把控。
[Abstract]:Power equipment production is the most basic part of the power industry. Because of the global economic slowdown and overcapacity at home, the overall power industry is depressed, the market demand for power equipment is falling, and market competition is intensifying. To reduce production cost and improve production efficiency has become the countermeasure to face market pressure. Production site is the source of economic benefit and waste of enterprise. It is improved by carrying out on-site activities based on 6S management. It can effectively avoid the waste phenomenon in the production process, while the production cost is reduced, the product quality and production efficiency will be improved. From the point of view of the electric power equipment production enterprise, we can find a way to solve the problems in the production site. It has important practical significance and value. This paper focuses on the study of 6S management mode system and its effect evaluation. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on 6S management in power equipment company. On the basis of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the contents of 6S management, the management relationship with itself and other management, the implementation steps of 6S management, common methods and other theories. This paper analyzes the status quo of power equipment production in Y Company by using fishbone chart analysis, and analyzes the causes of the existing problems. At the same time, it summarizes the demand type, necessity and feasibility of implementing 6S management in Y power equipment production enterprises. The field improvement theory system based on 6S management is constructed in power equipment production site. It is discussed in detail from the following aspects: foundation support sub-system, method sub-system, evaluation and supervision sub-system, target sub-system, etc. Finally, starting from the concept of 6S management, combining with the actual characteristics of power equipment manufacturing company Y company, this paper discusses the evaluation system architecture of 6S management in manufacturing enterprises. The evaluation index system is designed, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of 6S management application effect based on AHP is constructed, and the application effect of 6S management in Y Company is analyzed and evaluated. According to the application of 6S management theory in enterprises, this paper concludes that 6S management can bring enterprises "reduce the cost of enterprises, ensure the quality of products, ensure the safety of production," Through the evaluation of the application effect of 6S management, we can find a way to effectively solve and improve the organizational system, deepen the management level of 6s, and form a long-lasting mechanism, so as to improve the quality of the staff, enhance the image of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. The idea of core competence is permeated into the enterprise, which is based on the strategic height of core competence and quality culture to control the connotation and significance of 6S management.
