【摘要】：目前全球宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力大,受到供給過(guò)剩與需求減弱的壓力影響,國(guó)內(nèi)汽車市場(chǎng)銷售增速明顯放緩,目前已經(jīng)降低至近十年來(lái)的最低點(diǎn)。與此同時(shí),汽車工業(yè)事故與丑聞?lì)l發(fā)。大眾汽車尾氣排放造假,引發(fā)全球震動(dòng),高田安全氣囊質(zhì)量門亦引發(fā)全球性召回事件,幾乎涉及所有的汽車制造公司,數(shù)千萬(wàn)輛汽車,直接導(dǎo)致汽車安全系統(tǒng)市場(chǎng)份額的劇烈變化。在此大背景下,人們對(duì)汽車的價(jià)格,安全,性能,外觀等要求也愈發(fā)嚴(yán)格,汽車工業(yè)面臨的壓力與競(jìng)爭(zhēng),也愈發(fā)激烈。這就要求各大主機(jī)廠及零部件供應(yīng)商能夠更好的管控項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā),管理項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和成本。汽車安全氣囊作為汽車被動(dòng)安全系統(tǒng)的核心部件,它最最直接的影響到汽車駕駛及乘用人員的安全,也是汽車零部件中質(zhì)量要求和安全性能最高的零件之一。受成本和安全性能的壓力,A公司項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要性愈發(fā)凸顯,這就需要項(xiàng)目管理者在管理項(xiàng)目的同時(shí),做好資源優(yōu)化,管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化。本文從汽車產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理者的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)方法,結(jié)合A公司汽車產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,對(duì)CN項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,并對(duì)識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了定性分析,然后使用層次分析法對(duì)識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做了定量分析,并對(duì)識(shí)別出的CN項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行排序和分類。最后在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的應(yīng)對(duì)策略展開(kāi)了研究,并提出了相對(duì)應(yīng)的實(shí)施保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the global macroeconomic downward pressure is heavy, affected by the pressure of oversupply and weakening demand. The domestic auto market sales growth rate has slowed markedly, and has now fallen to its lowest level in nearly a decade. At the same time, Accidents and scandals in the auto industry are rife. Fakes from Volkswagen emissions have caused global tremors, and Takata airbag quality doors have triggered global recalls involving almost every car manufacturer, tens of millions of cars. The market share of automobile safety system has changed dramatically. Under this background, the requirements of automobile price, safety, performance, appearance and so on are becoming more and more strict, and the pressure and competition that the automobile industry is facing are becoming more and more strict. It is also becoming more intense. This requires major mainframe factories and component suppliers to better manage project development, project risks and costs. Automotive airbags are the core components of a passive safety system. It has the most direct impact on the safety of vehicle drivers and riders, and is also one of the parts with the highest quality and safety performance in automotive parts. The importance of project risk management in company A is increasingly highlighted under the pressure of cost and safety performance. This requires project managers to optimize resources, manage risks and maximize benefits while managing the project. This paper uses the relevant methods of project risk management from the point of view of the project managers of automotive product development. Combined with the actual problems in the process of automobile product development of company A, the risk identification of CN project is carried out, and the identified risk is qualitatively analyzed, and then the identified risk is quantitatively analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, on the basis of risk analysis, the coping strategies of risk factors are studied, and corresponding protection measures are put forward.
