【摘要】：文章采用2013~2015年間145家醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)上市公司的面板數(shù)據(jù),通過構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新過程的三階段CDM模型,實證檢驗了醫(yī)藥企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出及創(chuàng)新績效間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:醫(yī)藥企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入與創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出與創(chuàng)新績效間存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,創(chuàng)新投入通過知識生產(chǎn)過程間接作用于企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效;企業(yè)規(guī)模與創(chuàng)新投入間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與創(chuàng)新績效間存在顯著的負相關(guān)關(guān)系;國有企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出低于民營企業(yè)、外資企業(yè)和其他企業(yè)。同時,企業(yè)管理水平、員工素質(zhì)、固定資產(chǎn)等均對創(chuàng)新過程的不同階段產(chǎn)生一定的正向作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 145 listed pharmaceutical manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2015, the paper empirically tests the innovation input of pharmaceutical enterprises by constructing a three-stage CDM model of the innovation process. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between innovation input and innovation output, innovation output and innovation performance. Innovation investment plays an indirect role on enterprise innovation performance through knowledge production process; there is a positive correlation between enterprise size and innovation investment, and a significant negative correlation between innovation investment and innovation performance; the innovation output of state-owned enterprises is lower than that of private enterprises. At the same time, the level of management, the quality of employees, fixed assets and so on all have positive effects on the different stages of innovation process.
