【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建多任務(wù)委托代理博弈模型以及相應的實證分析,從多任務(wù)視角研究我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對其績效的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在短期測量技術(shù)績效存在極大困難的情況下,對新能源汽車推廣應用的強激勵嚴重弱化了技術(shù)突破目標的實現(xiàn),并造成地方保護主義,"小而散"的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形態(tài)以及輔助設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后等產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展亂象。新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策應該從弱化補貼的基礎(chǔ)上強化技術(shù)、突破目標,引入競爭增強型的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和工具,在構(gòu)建和完善新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)3個方面精準發(fā)力。
[Abstract]:By constructing a multi-task principal-agent game model and the corresponding empirical analysis, this paper studies the impact of China's new energy automobile industry policy on its performance from the perspective of multi-task. In the case of great difficulties in short-term measurement of technical performance, strong incentives for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles seriously weaken the realization of the goal of technological breakthrough. As a result of local protectionism, "small but scattered" industrial organization and lagging construction of auxiliary facilities, the industrial policy of new energy automobile should strengthen technology on the basis of weakening subsidies and break through the goal. Introducing competitive and enhanced industrial policies and tools to build and perfect the ecology of new energy automobile industry.
