【摘要】：隨著電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)急需轉(zhuǎn)變資產(chǎn)評(píng)估、分析及管理思路,建立一套行之有效、科學(xué)合理的實(shí)物資產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)管理體系以輔助、優(yōu)化企業(yè)投資決策。論文從資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)、資產(chǎn)利用效率、資產(chǎn)健康水平、資產(chǎn)退役等不同維度進(jìn)行了深入研究,選取多層次、全方位的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)實(shí)物資產(chǎn)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)實(shí)物資產(chǎn)開(kāi)展了科學(xué)分析與客觀評(píng)價(jià)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,引入了資產(chǎn)墻理論,建立了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)墻預(yù)測(cè)模型。最后,選取了實(shí)物資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行基于資產(chǎn)墻模型的技改投資預(yù)測(cè),優(yōu)化了技改投資預(yù)測(cè)流程,進(jìn)而預(yù)測(cè)了2017-2030年電網(wǎng)企業(yè)實(shí)物資產(chǎn)技改及運(yùn)維總投資,并進(jìn)行了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)技改及運(yùn)維投資效益分析。根據(jù)對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)技改投資的預(yù)測(cè),給出了實(shí)物資產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)及管理改進(jìn)措施方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of power grid construction, power grid enterprises urgently need to change assets evaluation, analysis and management ideas, establish a set of effective, scientific and reasonable real assets evaluation management system to assist. The paper makes a deep research on the different dimensions of asset scale, asset structure, asset utilization efficiency, asset health level, asset decommissioning and so on. This paper establishes the evaluation system of real assets of power grid enterprises, and carries out scientific analysis and objective evaluation of real assets of power grid enterprises. On the basis of this, the theory of asset wall is introduced, and the forecasting model of assets wall of power grid enterprises is established. The real assets are selected to predict the technical innovation investment based on the asset wall model, and the technological innovation investment forecasting process is optimized, and then the 2017-2030 real assets technical transformation and the total operation and maintenance investment of the grid enterprises are predicted. Based on the forecast of technical innovation investment in power grid enterprises, the evaluation of real assets and the direction of management improvement are given.
