【摘要】：目前,石化企業(yè)所涉及到的非油品業(yè)務(wù)相已當(dāng)廣泛,其服務(wù)也日趨成熟。非油品業(yè)務(wù)的收入在整個(gè)企業(yè)利潤(rùn)中所占的比例也越來(lái)越大,地位越來(lái)越重要。而隨著經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,物流配送效率低、成本高的問(wèn)題一直制約著非油品經(jīng)營(yíng)質(zhì)量的提升,并成為各大石化企業(yè)關(guān)注和重點(diǎn)研究的問(wèn)題。本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外非油品業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,總結(jié)了非油品物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局與優(yōu)化問(wèn)題國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。然后,論述了非油品物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化理論,在分析非油品物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮配送費(fèi)用、建設(shè)成本及運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用等優(yōu)化目標(biāo),結(jié)合節(jié)點(diǎn)的容納能力、供應(yīng)能力、平衡性等約束條件,建立了非油品物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局的優(yōu)化模型。針對(duì)該模型特點(diǎn),對(duì)模擬植物生長(zhǎng)算法進(jìn)行了適應(yīng)性的改進(jìn),利用改進(jìn)后的模擬植物生長(zhǎng)法求解該模型。最后,給出了實(shí)證分析,以西南地區(qū)重慶市為例,計(jì)算了該地區(qū)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的布局方案,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,本文所提出的非油品物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局的設(shè)計(jì)方法正確、有效。本文豐富了物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局理論,也為非油品物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局的決策參考提供了可借鑒的方法,具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, the petrochemical enterprises involved in the non oil business when the phase has been widely, its services are becoming more and more mature. The non oil business income in the total profits in proportion is also growing, more and more important role. But with the expansion of business scale, logistics efficiency is low, the problem of high cost has been restricted the non oil business to enhance the quality, and become the focus and focus on the large petrochemical enterprise. This paper first introduces the development status of non oil business at home and abroad, summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign non oil logistics node layout and optimization problem. Then, discusses the non oil logistics node layout in optimization theory. Analysis of the factors affecting the non oil logistics node layout, considering the distribution cost, construction cost and operation cost as optimization objective, binding capacity, node supply capacity, balance constraints, An optimization model of non oil logistics node layout. According to the characteristics of the model, the plant growth simulation algorithm of adaptive improvement method to solve the model by using plant growth simulation improved. Finally, gives an empirical analysis to the southwest of Chongqing city as an example, the layout scheme of logistics nodes in this area are calculated. The calculation results show that the design method of non oil logistics node layout proposed in this paper are right and effective. This paper enriches the logistics node layout theory, but also provides a reference method for the non oil logistics node layout of the reference, has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
