【摘要】：運(yùn)用演化博弈理論,構(gòu)建綠色建筑開發(fā)企業(yè)策略選擇的動(dòng)態(tài)行為模型,采用生物進(jìn)化的"復(fù)制動(dòng)態(tài)"機(jī)制來模擬開發(fā)企業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)和動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整過程,并進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析。形成以下結(jié)論:首先,綠色建筑的推廣和普及與綠色建筑在整個(gè)"種群"中所占的比例存在密切關(guān)系。其次,通過采集綠色建筑市場(chǎng)、政策中的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建不同星級(jí)綠色建筑復(fù)制動(dòng)態(tài)方程并確定其鞍點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn):在當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)和政策狀態(tài)下,二星級(jí)綠色建筑演化成為最終的演化穩(wěn)定策略的可能性是最高的,其次是一星級(jí)綠色建筑,而三星級(jí)綠色建筑策略成為最終的演化穩(wěn)定策略的可能性較低。
[Abstract]:Based on the evolutionary game theory, the dynamic behavior model of green building development enterprise strategy selection is constructed, and the learning and dynamic adjustment process of the development enterprise is simulated by the "replication dynamic" mechanism of biological evolution. The results are as follows: firstly, the promotion and popularization of green buildings are closely related to the proportion of green buildings in the whole population. Secondly, by collecting the green building market, Based on the empirical data of the policy, the replicating dynamic equation of different star green buildings is constructed and its saddle point is determined. It is found that under the current market and policy conditions, the possibility of the evolution of two-star green buildings being the ultimate evolutionary stabilization strategy is the highest. The second is one star green building, and the third-star green building strategy is less likely to become the final evolutionary stability strategy.
