【摘要】：農(nóng)村能源結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的矛盾越來(lái)越尖銳,尤其是生態(tài)脆弱區(qū)域表現(xiàn)更為突出。通過(guò)構(gòu)建生計(jì)資本評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用陜西、四川、云南三省2010年和2015年的農(nóng)戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)其能源結(jié)構(gòu)差異性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:人力資本、金融資本越高,商品能源消費(fèi)越多;自然資本越高,薪柴秸稈消費(fèi)越多;物質(zhì)資本越高,汽油柴油消費(fèi)量越高;社會(huì)資本越高,新能源消費(fèi)比例會(huì)有所提升。因此,結(jié)合農(nóng)戶生計(jì)狀態(tài),合理引導(dǎo)并定向補(bǔ)貼,是優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu),協(xié)調(diào)保護(hù)與發(fā)展矛盾的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The irrational energy structure in rural areas has led to more and more sharp contradictions between economic development and environmental protection, especially in ecologically fragile areas. The difference of energy structure between 2010 and 2015 in three provinces of Yunnan is analyzed. The results show that the higher the human capital and financial capital, the more commodity energy consumption, the higher the natural capital, the more the consumption of firewood straw. The higher the physical capital, the higher the gasoline and diesel consumption; the higher the social capital, the higher the proportion of new energy consumption. An effective way to coordinate the contradiction between protection and development.
