【摘要】：利用SPSS距離分析對10個投資水平相當(dāng)?shù)拿禾科髽I(yè)展開投資決策分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤炭企業(yè)安全投資對安全設(shè)備改造費、安全技術(shù)措施費和安全工程經(jīng)費往往采用同增同減的"捆綁"投資,而對于其他軟件方面的投資,隨意性太大�；趯嵨锲跈�(quán)思想,引入失衡系數(shù)(Disproportion Factor)的概念,依照事故特點,綜合考慮投資有效性、事故發(fā)生概率、嚴(yán)重程度、投資者風(fēng)險態(tài)度等因素,建立了NPV-DF決策評估算法,并構(gòu)建了煤炭企業(yè)安全措施投資評估體系,通過反復(fù)進行技術(shù)和財務(wù)評估,最終建立最佳投資模式。
[Abstract]:SPSS distance analysis is used to analyze the investment decision of 10 coal enterprises with the same level of investment, and it is found that the safety investment of coal enterprises will cost for the renovation of safety equipment. The cost of safety technical measures and safety works often use the same increase and decrease of "bundled" investment, but the investment in other software is too arbitrary. Based on the idea of real options, the concept of imbalance factor is introduced, according to the characteristics of accidents. Considering the factors of investment effectiveness, accident probability, severity and investor's risk attitude, the NPV-DF decision evaluation algorithm is established, and the investment evaluation system of safety measures in coal enterprises is constructed, and the technical and financial evaluation is carried out repeatedly. Finally establish the best investment model.
