【摘要】：正"十三五"期間,新常態(tài)將成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的正常態(tài)、工程勘察設(shè)計行業(yè)發(fā)展新趨勢,工程勘察設(shè)計行業(yè)人才發(fā)展進入轉(zhuǎn)型期,而設(shè)計院人力資源管理的理念和方式如果還是依賴于過去的環(huán)境將難以為繼。如何固本求新、擺脫工程勘察設(shè)計企業(yè)人力資源管理的新困境,是行業(yè)企業(yè)人力資源管理部門面臨的現(xiàn)實問題。新的組織趨勢下,設(shè)計院必須從人力資源管理走向人力資本經(jīng)營�；谌肆Y本經(jīng)營的理念,行業(yè)企業(yè)人力資源管理未來將呈現(xiàn)出以下10個方面的新趨勢。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the new normal state will become the normal state of enterprise development, the new trend of the development of engineering survey and design industry and the development of engineering reconnaissance and design industry will enter the transition period. However, the concept and method of human resource management in design institute will be difficult to sustain if it still depends on the past environment. How to fix the foundation and to find new ways to get rid of the new predicament of human resource management in engineering survey and design enterprises, Under the new organizational trend, the design institute must move from human resource management to human capital management, based on the concept of human capital management. The industry enterprise human resources management will present the following 10 aspects of the new trend in the future.
