【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)能源領(lǐng)域因資源枯竭與環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用越來(lái)越小,且其發(fā)展步伐逐漸落后于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度,世界對(duì)于新能源的需求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,各國(guó)的能源戰(zhàn)略也逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變到大力開(kāi)發(fā)新型能源上來(lái),利用新能源發(fā)電已經(jīng)是未來(lái)世界電力行業(yè)發(fā)展的主要方向。新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)是高技術(shù)、高投資、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。新能源發(fā)電特別是風(fēng)電、光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)具有巨大的市場(chǎng)潛力和光明的發(fā)展前景,政府多次出臺(tái)優(yōu)惠政策鼓勵(lì)、支持、引導(dǎo)我國(guó)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)加速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)能源企業(yè)也紛紛將新能源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用列為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略層面的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。但是,當(dāng)前新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)也面臨著諸多發(fā)展阻力。除了受制于資源稟賦、國(guó)家政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)體系等宏觀因素,融資難題更是成為制約新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文寫(xiě)作目的是總結(jié)分析GT公司當(dāng)前新能源項(xiàng)目融資案例,找出更適合新能源項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的有效的融資方法,并提出建議。本文首先采用文獻(xiàn)研究法,了解新能源發(fā)電項(xiàng)目常規(guī)融資方式,對(duì)其進(jìn)行整理、歸納,對(duì)比分析,確定本文的研究起點(diǎn);其次,在確定的研究目的和方向下,采用深度調(diào)研法,深入企業(yè)收集相關(guān)資料,分析后提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策;再次,運(yùn)用圖表分析法,將論文分析過(guò)程中采集到的數(shù)據(jù)加以直觀呈現(xiàn),得到鮮明的研究結(jié)論;最后,結(jié)合GT集團(tuán)新能源發(fā)電項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)有融資典型案例,對(duì)比分析商業(yè)信用融資和融資租賃兩種不同類型融資方式對(duì)新能源發(fā)電項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作及后續(xù)成本的影響,提出宏觀層面的產(chǎn)業(yè)建議和微觀層面的企業(yè)具體對(duì)策,并提出新形式下的融資方式——股權(quán)眾籌,以期幫助企業(yè)結(jié)合實(shí)際選擇更適合本企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的融資方式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development, the traditional energy field, due to the depletion of resources and environmental pollution, the role of promoting economic and social development is getting smaller and smaller, and its pace of development gradually lags behind the pace of economic development. The demand for new energy in the world is becoming stronger and stronger, and the energy strategy of various countries is gradually shifting to the development of new energy sources. The use of new energy sources to generate electricity has become the main direction of the development of the world's electric power industry in the future. The new energy industry is a high-tech industry. New energy generation, especially wind power, has huge market potential and bright prospects for development. The government has issued preferential policies many times to encourage, support, and guide the accelerated development of China's new energy industry. Domestic energy enterprises have also listed the development and utilization of new energy as their strategic development priorities. However, at present, the new energy industry also faces a lot of obstacles to development. In addition to being constrained by resource endowments, national policies, Industrial system and other macro factors, financing problems have become the bottleneck restricting the development of new energy industry. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the current financing cases of new energy projects in GT Company. Find out the effective financing method which is more suitable for the development of new energy project, and put forward the suggestion. Firstly, this article uses the literature research method, understands the new energy power generation project conventional financing method, carries on the arrangement, the induction, the contrast analysis, Determine the starting point of this study; secondly, under the determined research purpose and direction, using the method of in-depth investigation, in-depth enterprise collection of relevant information, analysis of the corresponding countermeasures; again, using chart analysis, The data collected in the analysis of the paper are presented intuitively and the research conclusions are clear. Finally, combining with the typical case of the existing financing of new energy power generation project of GT Group, Comparing and analyzing the influence of commercial credit financing and financing lease on the operation and follow-up cost of new energy power generation project, the paper puts forward the macroscopic industry suggestion and the micro level enterprise concrete countermeasure. And put forward a new form of financing-stock raising, in order to help enterprises to choose more suitable for the characteristics of their own financing mode.
