經濟新常態(tài)下NRJB業(yè)務轉型升級的戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來,國內經濟的快速發(fā)展引發(fā)了電力行業(yè)需求的持續(xù)增長,促進了電網的大規(guī)模建設。與此同時,國家將特高壓、智能電網等基礎設施建設提上日程,加快了新一代智能變電站、智能電表等高科技創(chuàng)新進程。由于霧霾等環(huán)境事件頻頻出現(xiàn),國家出臺了多項政策法規(guī)鼓勵并扶持可再生的新能源發(fā)展,光伏、風電產業(yè)形勢大好。這些都為電力二次設備行業(yè)帶來了良好機遇。同時,云計算、物聯(lián)網、大數據等先進技術不斷顛覆產業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,國家電網公司對設備生產商進行集中招標,電力行業(yè)投資進行結構改革,國內外競爭對手之間形勢日趨激烈,產品價格、質量、技術含量和服務受到越來越多的關注,這些復雜的嚴峻形勢,無疑給身處電力二次設備行業(yè)的企業(yè)帶來了巨大挑戰(zhàn)。NRJB作為電力二次設備行業(yè)的重點高科技企業(yè),多年來不斷技術創(chuàng)新,技術超越,現(xiàn)已形成一系列的繼電保護和控制體系。許多技術已達到國際一流水平和國際先進水平,成功地奠定了 NRJB成為該行業(yè)繼電保護分領域領導者的基礎。面對日益激烈的競爭態(tài)勢,獲得持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢,成為企業(yè)更加關注的問題。本文以NRJB為例,綜合運用戰(zhàn)略管理理論、變革管理等理論,探討了企業(yè)在經濟新常態(tài)下的業(yè)務轉型升級。企業(yè)如何隨需而變,通過對戰(zhàn)略進行再思考,及時調整核心業(yè)務、市場架構等,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)成長甚至是跨越式發(fā)展。首先采用PEST分析法,對經濟新常態(tài)背景下,企業(yè)面臨的政治、經濟、技術、文化等宏觀環(huán)境進行了分析,并利用五力模型系統(tǒng)分析了電力二次設備行業(yè)的競爭結構,接下來對NRJB的內部資源和能力進行了詳細地梳理,然后通過運用SWOT法概括總結了 NRJB公司的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會及威脅。最后以業(yè)務轉型相關理論為基礎,具體分析了 NRJB業(yè)務轉型升級的必要性和可行性,有針對性地提出了業(yè)務系統(tǒng)改造的措施,同時剖析了業(yè)務技術附加值提高和業(yè)務提升方面的策略。本文旨在根據NRJB的實際情況,從理論分析和實踐指導上擴展NRJB在新經濟浪潮和經濟新常態(tài)下,業(yè)務轉型升級的整體思路。通過思考業(yè)務轉型升級帶給NRJB的機遇,使其在國內外市場上獲得持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of the domestic economy has caused the continuous growth of the demand of the power industry and promoted the large-scale construction of the power grid. At the same time, the state has put the construction of infrastructure such as ultra-high voltage and smart grid on the agenda. The new generation of intelligent substations, intelligent meters and other high-tech innovation processes have been speeded up. Due to the frequent occurrence of environmental events such as haze, the state has issued a number of policies and regulations to encourage and support the development of renewable new energy, photovoltaic, The wind power industry is in a good situation. These have brought good opportunities to the secondary equipment industry. At the same time, cloud computing, Internet of things, big data and other advanced technologies are constantly subverting the status quo of the industry, and the State Grid Company has launched a centralized tender for equipment manufacturers. With the structural reform of electric power industry investment, the situation between domestic and foreign competitors is becoming increasingly fierce. The price, quality, technical content and service of the products are receiving more and more attention. These complicated and severe situations are becoming more and more serious. Undoubtedly, NRJB has brought great challenges to the enterprises in the secondary equipment industry of electric power. NRJB, as a key high-tech enterprise in the secondary equipment industry of electric power, has been continuously innovating and surpassing in technology for many years. A series of relay protection and control systems have been formed. Many technologies have reached the international first-class level and the international advanced level. NRJB has successfully laid the foundation of becoming the leader of relay protection sub-field in this industry. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition situation, obtaining the sustainable competitive advantage has become a more concerned issue for enterprises. This paper takes NRJB as an example, By using the theories of strategic management and change management, this paper discusses the business transformation and upgrading of enterprises under the new normal state of economy, how the enterprises change according to the demand, and how to rethink the strategy, adjust the core business and market structure in time, etc. In order to achieve sustainable growth and even leap-forward development, this paper analyzes the political, economic, technological, cultural and other macro environments faced by enterprises in the context of the new normal economy by using PEST analysis. Using the five-force model to analyze the competitive structure of the power secondary equipment industry, then the internal resources and capabilities of NRJB are sorted out in detail, and then the advantages and disadvantages of NRJB company are summarized by using the SWOT method. Finally, based on the theory of business transformation, the necessity and feasibility of NRJB business transformation and upgrading are analyzed, and the measures of business system transformation are put forward. At the same time, this paper analyzes the strategies of increasing the added value of business technology and enhancing business services. According to the actual situation of NRJB, this paper aims to expand NRJB in the new economic tide and new normal from the theoretical analysis and practical guidance. The whole idea of business transformation and upgrading. Through thinking about the opportunity that business transformation and upgrade bring to NRJB, we can make it obtain the sustainable competitive advantage in the domestic and foreign market.
