【摘要】：隨著我國制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,企業(yè)對檢測服務(wù)的需求與日劇增。然而目前,對于生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)的研究還非常少,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)以及高技術(shù)服務(wù)的研究中也尚缺乏對生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)的研究。文章對生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,研究企業(yè)檢測服務(wù)的選擇決策及其外包合作關(guān)系和激勵機(jī)制,為企業(yè)決策檢測服務(wù)提供依據(jù),不僅關(guān)系到企業(yè)整體收益和戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展,也會對制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響。因此,深入研究生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)決策及其外包問題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。本文首先對生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)概念進(jìn)行界定,分析了檢驗檢測服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀。然后總結(jié)分析了制造企業(yè)檢測服務(wù)的選擇模式以及發(fā)展方向,建立了檢測服務(wù)選擇決策模型�；诮灰踪M用理論,從檢測服務(wù)量和資產(chǎn)專用性以及邊際收益角度進(jìn)行成本比較,確定企業(yè)檢測服務(wù)的決策方式和范圍,并識別檢測服務(wù)外包全周期中的風(fēng)險。其次,在確定檢測服務(wù)外包的前提下,利用演化博弈理論,建立了企業(yè)和檢測機(jī)構(gòu)之間的合作演化博弈的模型,分析了檢測服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)合作關(guān)系的動態(tài)演化過程,得出檢測機(jī)構(gòu)與制造企業(yè)合作關(guān)系的演化穩(wěn)定策略,檢測機(jī)構(gòu)的合作行為選擇會因為博弈方的初始狀態(tài)、種群的學(xué)習(xí)速度等造成不同的演化路徑,并運用MATLAB進(jìn)行數(shù)值實驗驗證。最后,在合作關(guān)系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,基于委托代理理論,建立基于監(jiān)督和獎懲的激勵機(jī)制,確保檢測機(jī)構(gòu)在激勵機(jī)制下能從自身利益最大化角度出發(fā)選擇對制造企業(yè)有利的行為。通過本課題研究,找到檢測服務(wù)內(nèi)部化和外包的決策均衡點以及外包雙方合作的影響因素,并通過激勵機(jī)制的設(shè)立,有效促進(jìn)雙方之間的合作,可以幫助企業(yè)提質(zhì)增效,促進(jìn)制造業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型,并促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)性檢測服務(wù)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry and the transformation of industrial structure, the demand for inspection services by enterprises has increased dramatically. However, at present, there are very few researches on productive testing services. There is also a lack of research on productive testing services in the research of productive services and high-tech services. This paper analyzes the status quo of productive testing services, studies the decision making of enterprises' testing services and their outsourcing cooperative relationship and incentive mechanism. To provide the basis for enterprise decision detection service is not only related to the overall income and strategic development of the enterprise, but also has an impact on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the development of productive testing service industry. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the decision making and outsourcing of productive testing services. Firstly, the concept of productive testing services is defined in this paper. This paper analyzes the current situation of inspection and inspection service, and then summarizes and analyzes the selection mode and development direction of inspection service in manufacturing enterprises, and establishes a decision model of testing service selection, which is based on transaction cost theory. From the perspective of service volume, asset specificity and marginal income, this paper compares the cost, determines the decision-making mode and scope of enterprise detection service, and identifies the risks in the whole outsourcing period of detection service. Secondly, Based on the theory of evolutionary game, the model of cooperative evolutionary game between enterprise and testing institution is established, and the dynamic evolution process of cooperative relationship between testing service organization is analyzed. The evolutionary stability strategy of the cooperative relationship between the detection organization and the manufacturing enterprise is obtained. The cooperative behavior choice of the detection institution will result in different evolution paths due to the initial state of the game party and the learning speed of the population. Finally, based on the analysis of cooperative relationship, based on the principal-agent theory, the incentive mechanism based on supervision and reward and punishment is established. To ensure that the detection organization can choose the beneficial behavior to the manufacturing enterprise from the angle of maximization of its own interests under the incentive mechanism. Finding out the decision-making equilibrium point of internalization and outsourcing of detection services and the factors influencing the cooperation between outsourcing and outsourcing, and promoting the cooperation between the two sides effectively through the establishment of incentive mechanism, can help enterprises to improve quality and increase efficiency, and promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry. And to promote the healthy development of productive testing services industry.
