【摘要】：有源配電網的多電源特性有利于釋放線路容量、改善電壓水平、延緩電網投資。針對含分布式電源的配電網,建立了一種計及電壓越限投資成本的有源配電網節(jié)點電價計算方法。該方法通過量化分布式電源接入引起的潮流變化對未來容量與電壓越限投資的影響,對雙向潮流情況下元件投資年限進行求解與修正。在此基礎上,利用長期增量成本法計算節(jié)點電價,評估了現(xiàn)有網絡的容量利用水平與電壓越限程度。IEEE 33節(jié)點系統(tǒng)算例分析表明,所提定價方法能夠反映各節(jié)點對有源網絡容量與電壓越限程度的貢獻水平,可以指導合理的電力消費與電網規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The multi-source characteristic of active distribution network is beneficial to release line capacity, improve voltage level and delay network investment. In this paper, a method of calculating the node price of active distribution network considering the investment cost of voltage overrun is established, which quantifies the influence of power flow change caused by distributed power access on the future capacity and voltage overrun investment. On the basis of solving and modifying the investment years of components in the case of bidirectional power flow, the long-term incremental cost method is used to calculate the node electricity price. The analysis of IEEE 33-bus system shows that the proposed pricing method can reflect the contribution of each node to the capacity and voltage of active network. Can guide reasonable electricity consumption and power network planning.
