【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,人們更加重視食品需求,對(duì)糧食以及農(nóng)作物的需求量間接上升。與此同時(shí),農(nóng)藥的需求量也在穩(wěn)步上升。這為農(nóng)藥行業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了機(jī)遇,也提供了考驗(yàn)。農(nóng)藥行業(yè)作為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)扶持的行業(yè)之一,由于其成品性質(zhì)的特殊性,其成品庫(kù)存管理問(wèn)題一直是長(zhǎng)期阻礙其行業(yè)發(fā)展的難題之一。良好的庫(kù)存管理對(duì)于保證企業(yè)供需平衡,保證企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用。為此,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代化庫(kù)存管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)、理論與經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)農(nóng)藥成品進(jìn)行更完善的庫(kù)存管理,已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)必然趨勢(shì)。本文針對(duì)吉林省八達(dá)農(nóng)藥有限公司農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理中存在的問(wèn)題,在庫(kù)存管理的理論基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適合八達(dá)農(nóng)藥的完善農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理的對(duì)策。首先,介紹了本文的研究背景和研究意義。其次,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于庫(kù)存管理問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀,在充分了解國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于庫(kù)存管理問(wèn)題研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于特殊物品庫(kù)存管理的相關(guān)研究也進(jìn)行了梳理。之后以吉林省八達(dá)農(nóng)藥有限公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)公司基本情況進(jìn)行了介紹,對(duì)其農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,闡述其農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理存在的問(wèn)題。八達(dá)農(nóng)藥的農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理存在的主要問(wèn)題有農(nóng)藥成品擺放混亂、不科學(xué),存放數(shù)量較大、庫(kù)存成本較高,需求預(yù)測(cè)與銷(xiāo)售情況不匹配,實(shí)際的庫(kù)存水平設(shè)置不合理,農(nóng)藥成品管理的流程存在缺陷,績(jī)效考核與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制不完善,對(duì)這些問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了深入分析,進(jìn)而提出了完善八達(dá)農(nóng)藥的農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理的對(duì)策--農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存管理的方法、農(nóng)藥成品需求預(yù)測(cè)、安全庫(kù)存量的設(shè)定、農(nóng)藥成品庫(kù)存信息管理系統(tǒng)、員工的培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效考核與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more attention to the demand for food, and the demand for food and crops increases indirectly. Pesticide demand is also rising steadily, which creates opportunities for the development of pesticide industry, and also provides a test. Pesticide industry as one of the key industries supported by the state, due to the particularity of the nature of its finished products. Inventory management of finished products has been one of the problems that hinder the development of the industry for a long time. Good inventory management plays a very important role in ensuring the balance of supply and demand of enterprises and the stable and long-term development of enterprises. According to the relevant knowledge of modern inventory management, the theory and experience of pesticide finished products to improve inventory management. It has become an inevitable trend. This paper aims at the problems existing in the inventory management of finished pesticide products of Jilin Bada Pesticide Co., Ltd., based on the theory of inventory management. The paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the inventory management of pesticide finished products. Firstly, the research background and significance of this paper are introduced. Secondly, the status quo of inventory management research at home and abroad is reviewed. On the basis of fully understanding the domestic and foreign research on inventory management. At home and abroad on special items inventory management related research has also been combed. Then take Jilin Province Bada Pesticide Co., Ltd. as the research object, introduced the basic situation of the company. The present situation of pesticide finished product inventory management is introduced, and the existing problems of pesticide finished product inventory management are described. The main problems of pesticide finished product inventory management of Bada pesticide are the confusion and unscientific of pesticide finished product storage management. Large quantity of storage, high inventory cost, mismatch between demand forecast and sales situation, unreasonable setting of actual inventory level, defects in the process of pesticide product management, imperfect performance appraisal and reward mechanism. The causes of these problems are analyzed in depth, and then the countermeasures to improve the inventory management of finished pesticide products of Bada pesticide are put forward, that is, the method of inventory management of pesticide finished products and the forecast of demand for pesticide finished products. Safety inventory setting, pesticide inventory information management system, employee training, performance appraisal and reward mechanism.
