【摘要】：現(xiàn)金流是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)順利開展的血液,如果現(xiàn)金流量不能有序平衡和銜接,企業(yè)很可能背負(fù)高額財(cái)務(wù)費(fèi)用甚至面臨破產(chǎn)危險(xiǎn)。電網(wǎng)企業(yè)作為資金密集型行業(yè),單位層級(jí)鏈條長(zhǎng),現(xiàn)金流量規(guī)模大,資金收支復(fù)雜且受政策影響較大,加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)金流量預(yù)算精益化管理,提高公司經(jīng)營(yíng)效益顯得尤為重要。本文在介紹HBDL公司月度現(xiàn)金流量預(yù)算管理成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)月度現(xiàn)金流量預(yù)算管理體系的理論和方法進(jìn)行深入研究,希望能夠?qū)ζ渌袠I(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理實(shí)踐提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Cash flow is the blood of the smooth development of business activities, if the cash flow can not be balanced and connected orderly, the enterprise is likely to bear high financial costs or even face bankruptcy risk. Power grid enterprises as a capital-intensive industry. The unit level chain is long, the cash flow scale is large, the fund income and expenditure is complex and is influenced by the policy greatly, strengthens the cash flow budget lean management. It is very important to improve the operating efficiency of the company. This paper introduces the successful experience of monthly cash flow budget management of HBDL Company. This paper studies the theory and method of monthly cash flow budget management system, hoping to provide reference for other industries' financial management practice.
