【摘要】：內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境建設(shè)是企業(yè)進(jìn)行內(nèi)部控制體系建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ),如果內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境建設(shè)存在問題,則會(huì)導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的內(nèi)部控制體系無法運(yùn)行,也無法為企業(yè)的平穩(wěn)有序發(fā)展提供保障。鑒于內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境的重要地位,本論文選擇以內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境為課題進(jìn)行研究。本文以有關(guān)控制環(huán)境相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)昆侖能源有限公司管理幅度大、區(qū)域分布廣、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置龐雜等特點(diǎn),從公司控制環(huán)境改善前的情況及存在的問題開始分析,對(duì)公司在控制環(huán)境方面存在的問題給予實(shí)用性的改善措施,并對(duì)公司內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境改善的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。通過比較昆侖能源有限公司在控制環(huán)境改善前后的資產(chǎn)狀況、人力資源狀況、財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)等情況的變化,論證內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境的改善對(duì)企業(yè)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展起到了保障作用,并且推行內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境建設(shè)可以規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)流程、提高工作效率,使企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)水平、運(yùn)營(yíng)能力、運(yùn)營(yíng)方式、運(yùn)營(yíng)效果上升到更高的層次,同時(shí)也為正在建設(shè)或準(zhǔn)備建設(shè)控制環(huán)境管理體系的企業(yè)提供借鑒和經(jīng)驗(yàn)參考。
[Abstract]:The internal control environment construction is the foundation of constructing internal control system of enterprises, if there are problems with the internal control environment construction, will lead to the internal control system of enterprise operation, can not provide guarantee for the smooth and orderly development of the enterprise. Because of the importance of the internal control environment, the internal control environment is studied. Study on control of environment related literature based on the range of management, Kunlun Energy Company Limited, regional wide distribution, complex organization characteristics, starting from the control of the company to improve the environment before the situation and problems of the analysis, practical improvement measures on the existing control environmental problems, and the company to improve the internal control environment evaluation. By comparing the Kunlun energy limited in environmental improvement before and after the control condition of the assets, people Resources condition, changes in financial indicators of the situation, improve the internal control environment demonstrates the guarantee role for the stable development of enterprises, and the implementation of the internal control environment can standardize business processes, improve work efficiency, make the enterprise operation level, operation ability, operation mode, operation effect rise to a higher level. At the same time also under construction or for construction control of the environmental management system of enterprises to provide reference and experience for reference.
