【摘要】：為研究奶制品新鮮折損水平影響的雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題,采用了Stackelberg博弈方法,分析了奶制品生產(chǎn)商和零售商分別在分散決策和集中決策兩種情況下,線上和線下兩種銷售渠道的最優(yōu)定價(jià)和最優(yōu)利潤(rùn),再利用收益共享契約來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化協(xié)調(diào).算例分析結(jié)果表明:在新鮮折損水平較低情況下,集中模式和分散模式的供應(yīng)鏈總利潤(rùn)相差很大,新鮮折損度較高的情況下兩種模式的利潤(rùn)相差較小且趨近相等;同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了收益共享契約對(duì)解決考慮新鮮折損水平的奶制品雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題的有效性,該契約在實(shí)際生活中具有可推廣性.
[Abstract]:In order to study the double channel supply chain coordination problem of the fresh loss level of dairy products, the Stackelberg game method was adopted. This paper analyzes the optimal pricing and profit of dairy producers and retailers in the case of decentralized decision and centralized decision, both online and offline. The results show that the total profit of the supply chain in centralized mode and decentralized mode is very different under the condition of low fresh loss level by using the revenue-sharing contract to realize the optimization and coordination of the two-channel supply chain. The profit difference between the two models is smaller and closer to the same when the fresh loss degree is higher; At the same time, it verifies the effectiveness of the revenue-sharing contract in solving the coordination problem of double-channel supply chain with fresh discount level. The contract is extensible in real life.
