【摘要】：如今在全球經(jīng)濟一體化快速發(fā)展的背景下,越來越多的國家把對外直接投資作為參與國際分工和利用廣闊的外部資源開拓國際市場的重要途徑,進而加速推進本國經(jīng)濟結構轉型升級和提升本國的國際地位。地處中部省份的安徽,相對于其他沿海發(fā)達省份來說,需要進一步加大對外直接投資的規(guī)模和水平,爭取早日實現(xiàn)中部強省。伴隨著改革開放的進程和"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的推進,近幾年安徽省的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度快速增長,但同時也面臨著很多嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),例如,部分產(chǎn)能過剩和其他資源缺乏的壓力等。為此,加大安徽省對外直接投資,促進安徽省更多優(yōu)秀企業(yè)"走出去",這無疑將成為幫助實現(xiàn)安徽省經(jīng)濟結構戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構轉型升級,緩解部分產(chǎn)能過剩和資源的壓力,提升安徽省整體經(jīng)濟實力水平的重要手段和途徑。在這樣的研究背景下,文章就三個方面的問題進行深度研究:一是對外直接投資的相關理論分析;二是安徽省對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的主要問題有哪些;三是從三個層面給出促進安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的對策建議。全文共分為五個部分:第一部分:對外直接投資的相關理論分析。文章首先通過對對外直接投資的相關理論進行分析總結,結合當今世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的格局,再尋求探索對外直接投資的有效途徑,進而進一步提供理論支撐更好地幫助安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資。文章對對外直接投資的含義及特征做了詳細的介紹,同時也綜述了國內(nèi)外專家學者對對外直接投資問題的研究狀況,并在此基礎上對適合發(fā)展中國家對外直接投資的相關理論進行了分析。探索尋求合理有效的適合安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的方式,為進一步促進安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的發(fā)展作出指導性建議。第二部分:安徽企業(yè)目前海外投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要問題分析。詳細闡述了安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出目前安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資所存在的主要問題,這是本文的一個核心部分。通過對安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀分析,進而進一步闡明擴大安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的必要性。第三部分:安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資的SWOT分析。安徽省企業(yè)必須要認識到他們在海外投資所處的優(yōu)勢、機遇和面臨的劣勢、挑戰(zhàn)有哪些?安徽企業(yè)要充分利用自己的比較優(yōu)勢及海外華人華僑人脈等優(yōu)勢,但同時也要努力克服跨國經(jīng)營管理人才缺乏、對外直接投資戰(zhàn)略方向不明等劣勢,抓住全球經(jīng)濟一體化和我國"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略等機遇,更要正視當今國際市場的貨幣投資風險和一些企業(yè)信用不佳的風險等挑戰(zhàn),只有這要才能在激烈的國際競爭市場中適應和發(fā)展。第四部分:安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資案例分析。本章是本文的另一個核心部分,詳細分析了安徽海螺集團和安徽農(nóng)墾集團對外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,安徽海螺和安徽農(nóng)墾是我省企業(yè)成功"走出去"的典范,通過對海螺和農(nóng)墾成功"走出去"的經(jīng)驗分析,為我省其他想要成功"走出去"的企業(yè)提供借鑒。第五部分:推動安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資進一步發(fā)展的措施建議。本章結合全文及安徽省實際經(jīng)濟社會、政策實情,較為實際的從政府、企業(yè)和行業(yè)三個層面提出了促進安徽企業(yè)對外直接投資發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Now the rapid development in the context of global economic integration, more and more countries foreign direct investment as an important way to participate in the international division of labor and broad use of external resources to develop the international market, and accelerate the upgrade and enhance its international status. The transformation of its economic structure is located in the central Province of Anhui, relative to other developed coastal provinces and the need to further increase the scale and level of foreign direct investment, for the early realization of the central province. Along with the process of reform and opening up and The Belt and Road "strategy to promote, in Anhui Province in recent years the rapid growth rate of economic development, but also faces many challenges, for example, the pressure of excess capacity and lack of other resources. Therefore, to increase foreign direct investment in Anhui Province, to promote more outstanding enterprises in Anhui province" go out ", this will undoubtedly become a real help The strategy of Anhui province economic structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, overcapacity and alleviate some of the pressure of resource, important means and ways to enhance the overall economic strength in Anhui province. In this background, this paper conducted in-depth research on three aspects: one is the analysis of related theories of foreign direct investment; two is the current situation of the foreign direct investment in Anhui province and the main problems which is three; three levels from the countermeasures and suggestions are given to promote foreign direct investment in Anhui enterprises. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part: the analysis of the related theory of foreign direct investment. Firstly, according to the relevant theory of foreign direct investment analysis summary, combined with the pattern of world economic development, and then seek to explore effective ways of foreign direct investment, and to provide theoretical support to better help enterprises in Anhui Industry foreign direct investment. The meaning and characteristics of foreign direct investment in detail, and also summarizes the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the issue of foreign direct investment research, and on the basis of the related theory for foreign direct investment in developing countries were analyzed. To explore and seek reasonable and effective for foreign direct investment Anhui enterprises, make suggestions to promote the further development of foreign direct investment enterprises in Anhui. The second part: the current development status of overseas investment of Anhui enterprises and the main problems analysis. Elaborated on the development status of foreign direct investment of Anhui enterprises, find out the main problems of foreign direct investment of Anhui enterprises. This is a core part of this paper. Through analyzing the present situation of Anhui enterprises' foreign direct investment analysis, and further clarify the expansion The necessity of foreign direct investment enterprises in Anhui. The third part: the analysis of SWOT foreign direct investment of Anhui enterprises in Anhui province. The enterprise must recognize their overseas investment in the advantages, opportunities and disadvantages, what are the challenges? Anhui enterprises to make full use of their own comparative advantages and overseas Chinese network advantages but at the same time also to overcome the lack of transnational management personnel, foreign direct investment, strategic direction is unknown disadvantage, seize the global economic integration and China's "The Belt and Road" strategic opportunities, monetary investment risk and some bad enterprise credit risk to face more challenges in the international market, only to adapt and develop it in the fierce international competition in the market. The fourth part: the analysis of foreign direct investment of Anhui enterprise case. This chapter is another core part of this paper, a detailed analysis of Anhui The current situation of the development of conch group and Anhui Nongken group of foreign direct investment, Anhui conch and Anhui land reclamation enterprises in our province is successful model of "going out", the conch and agricultural "going out" successful experience for other analysis, to be successful "going out" enterprises in our province to provide reference. The fifth part: the measures the suggestion of promoting foreign direct investment in Anhui the further development of the enterprises. This chapter combines the Anhui province and the actual economic and social policy, the truth, more practical from the three aspects of government, enterprise and industry put forward countermeasures to promote the development of foreign direct investment of Anhui enterprises.
