動(dòng)車組加速度信號采集平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:China standardized EMU is the first batch of EMU with completely independent intellectual property rights in China. In order to ensure the safe and comfortable operation of high-speed trains, acceleration sensors will be installed in the train body and bogie. When the sensor is placed on the bogie, the collected acceleration signal can be processed by algorithm to monitor whether the abnormal vibration of the train occurs. When the sensor is placed on the ground plane of the car body, the acceleration signal collected can be processed by the algorithm, and the vehicle comfort index can be judged. If necessary, the sensor can also be installed in bearings or other parts of the car body, assisted by different algorithms to monitor the running state of the train. Therefore, the platform which conforms to the railway special product standard of Chinese standard EMU has the function of accurate and high precision data acquisition, can prevent error transmission, and has flexible and diverse data processing methods. The main work of the author is as follows: (1) the overall design scheme of the acceleration signal acquisition platform for EMU is completed. The FPGA platform is selected as the front-end acquisition system, and the processor is used as the back-end storage and network system. The platform product which can be used in many kinds of equipment is realized. (2) the hardware circuit of acceleration signal acquisition platform is drawn and debugged, and the sample making of the product is completed. Static debugging and actual road test are carried out. (3) the conformance test of acceleration signal acquisition platform network is completed. So that the platform can be used in EMU vehicle network subsystem. The acceleration signal acquisition platform of Chinese standard EMU designed and implemented in this paper has been put into use in a national unit. The function of this platform is to collect the acceleration information of different parts of the vehicle, carry on the preliminary diagnosis, the storage function. Then the data is transmitted to the overall evaluation system of the vehicle. It plays an important role in solving the running safety problem caused by the vibration of the car body and judging the running comfort.
