【摘要】：山羊絨是珍貴的紡織原料，在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的需求量大，創(chuàng)匯能力高，有“軟黃金”的美稱。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，絨山羊養(yǎng)殖已成為廣大農(nóng)牧民增收致富的渠道，山羊絨是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的出口創(chuàng)匯商品。作為我國(guó)自己培育的優(yōu)良地方品種遼寧絨山羊，具有產(chǎn)絨量大、凈絨率高、絨纖維長(zhǎng)、絨細(xì)度適中、遺傳性能穩(wěn)定和改良低產(chǎn)山羊效果顯著等特點(diǎn)，已推廣到我國(guó)所有的絨山羊養(yǎng)殖區(qū)，在我國(guó)絨山羊產(chǎn)業(yè)中處于特殊地位。在我國(guó)品種資源保護(hù)名錄中，遼寧絨山羊列需要重點(diǎn)保護(hù)的各類羊之首，也是我國(guó)政府規(guī)定禁止出境的少數(shù)幾個(gè)品種之一。然而隨著人口增長(zhǎng)、生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化、外來(lái)品種的引入和生物技術(shù)的應(yīng)用等，遼寧絨山羊在不同程度上面臨著資源保護(hù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)利用方面的一些問(wèn)題，特別是作為國(guó)家地理標(biāo)志農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的保護(hù)與品牌建設(shè)等方面，亟待需要探索一條可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式。 本文以遼寧絨山羊地理標(biāo)志農(nóng)產(chǎn)品為研究對(duì)象，以遼寧絨山羊資源保護(hù)與開發(fā)利用為主線，，擬采用文獻(xiàn)研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合，定量分析與定性分析想結(jié)合的方式，通過(guò)對(duì)遼寧絨山羊品種資源起源、選育歷程、種質(zhì)特性、飼養(yǎng)管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)等現(xiàn)狀分析研究，探索遼寧絨山羊地理標(biāo)志農(nóng)產(chǎn)品資源保護(hù)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)以及農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)利用的路徑和模式，為區(qū)域地理標(biāo)志農(nóng)產(chǎn)品資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，促進(jìn)區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供具有一定價(jià)值的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Cashmere is a precious textile raw material, in the international market demand, foreign exchange earning capacity is high, has the "soft gold" laudatory name. For a long time, cashmere farming has become a channel for farmers and herdsmen to increase income and become rich. Cashmere is a traditional export commodity in China. Liaoning Cashmere Goat, an excellent local breed cultivated in China, has the characteristics of large cashmere yield, high net cashmere yield, long fiber length, moderate velvet fineness, stable genetic performance and remarkable effect of improving low yield goat. It has been extended to all the cashmere goat breeding areas in China and is in a special position in China's cashmere goat industry. Liaoning Cashmere Goat is one of the few species that need to be protected in the list of breed resources protection in China, and it is also one of the few species that our government forbid to leave the country. However, with the increase of population, the deterioration of ecological environment, the introduction of foreign species and the application of biotechnology, Liaoning cashmere goats are facing some problems in resource protection and industrialized exploitation and utilization in varying degrees. Especially as the protection and brand construction of agricultural products of national geographical indication, it is urgent to explore a sustainable development model. This paper takes Liaoning cashmere goat geographical indication agricultural product as the research object, takes Liaoning cashmere goat resources protection and development and utilization as the main line, plans to adopt the literature research and the demonstration research unifies, the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis unifies the way. In this paper, the origin, breeding process, germplasm characteristics, breeding management, industry development of Liaoning Cashmere Goat were analyzed and studied to explore the protection of Liaoning Cashmere Goat geographical indication agricultural products resources. The path and mode of intellectual property protection and the exploitation and utilization of agricultural industrialization provide some valuable policy suggestions for the transformation of the advantage of regional geographical indication agricultural products resources into economic advantages and the promotion of the development of regional agriculture and rural economy.
