檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利的分析研究

【摘要】：專利分析作為專利信息利用的一種有效方式,是提高企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、把握市場(chǎng)方向的一條重要途徑。中國(guó)是世界上最大的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)國(guó)和出口國(guó),目前中國(guó)檸檬酸年產(chǎn)能已經(jīng)超過100萬噸,受金融危機(jī)及歐美反傾銷等因素影響,全球的檸檬酸市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈,只有技術(shù)進(jìn)步才能使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外包括檸檬酸生產(chǎn)在內(nèi)的行業(yè)技術(shù)方面的專利進(jìn)行分析和研究,具有非常重要的研究意義,我國(guó)只有在檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┲R(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù),才能保護(hù)我國(guó)檸檬酸產(chǎn)業(yè),并以自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)參與國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。另外,通過對(duì)我國(guó)檸檬酸生產(chǎn)的專利技術(shù)與全球范圍內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域?qū)＠夹g(shù)的比較分析,可以了解該領(lǐng)域包含的技術(shù)要點(diǎn)、采用的技術(shù)手段、我國(guó)技術(shù)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),對(duì)今后我國(guó)在檸檬酸生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)研發(fā)方向和目標(biāo)都具有重要的參考意義,同時(shí)還可以避免出現(xiàn)技術(shù)引進(jìn)與輸出時(shí)的出現(xiàn)重復(fù)利用他人技術(shù)。 然而,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外尚沒有關(guān)于檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利的分析研究。本文應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)全面的ORBIT專利檢索系統(tǒng),在中國(guó)專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、德溫特世界專利索引數(shù)據(jù)庫、歐洲專利局專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫等世界幾大權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)庫中對(duì)檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的專利信息進(jìn)行全面的檢索、人工標(biāo)引后,針對(duì)該專利所構(gòu)成的技術(shù)發(fā)明點(diǎn)、技術(shù)實(shí)施手段,對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)整體專利情況進(jìn)行分析,并確定技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的核心技術(shù)、專利空白點(diǎn)。同時(shí),分別從全球?qū)＠闆r分析、中國(guó)專利情況分析兩部分對(duì)申請(qǐng)量、申請(qǐng)類型、區(qū)域?qū)＠植�、技術(shù)發(fā)明點(diǎn)分布、主要申請(qǐng)人等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較研究,并對(duì)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研發(fā)熱點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。最后結(jié)合專利分析結(jié)果,試圖對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步提高我國(guó)檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、如何使檸檬酸行業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,提出了一些相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施和國(guó)家政策方面的建議。 本文主要由五章內(nèi)容構(gòu)成。 第一章本文的研究意義和目的。本章是緒論部分,除了講述本文的研究意義、研究目的外,還詳細(xì)的描述了檢索方法和數(shù)據(jù)去干擾處理方法,并指出本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處。 第二章檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展過程及檸檬酸產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。本部分是本文的研究背景,主要描述了檸檬酸技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程、目前國(guó)內(nèi)外檸檬酸市場(chǎng)的形式、以及主要的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的情況。 第三章全球范圍內(nèi)檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利的分析。本部分是對(duì)全球范圍的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利做了整體申請(qǐng)態(tài)勢(shì)分析,包括年度申請(qǐng)量、申請(qǐng)國(guó)家、專利權(quán)人、專利類別等要素進(jìn)行分析。 第四章在中國(guó)申請(qǐng)的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利分析。本部分針對(duì)在中國(guó)申請(qǐng)的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利,分別從專利年度發(fā)展趨勢(shì),主要專利權(quán)人申請(qǐng)情況、專利類型、技術(shù)發(fā)明點(diǎn)分布情況、國(guó)內(nèi)主要檸檬酸生產(chǎn)廠家申請(qǐng)情況等幾個(gè)維度進(jìn)行專利分析。同時(shí)還對(duì)中國(guó)申請(qǐng)人在國(guó)外申請(qǐng)的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利情況和外國(guó)專利申請(qǐng)人在中國(guó)申請(qǐng)的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,揭示我國(guó)在該技術(shù)領(lǐng)域存在的一些問題。 第五章基于專利分析的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)發(fā)展政策建議。本部分是本文的結(jié)論部分,除了總結(jié)此次專利檢索分析的結(jié)果外,提出一些旨在推動(dòng)我國(guó)檸檬酸產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)和政策方面的建議。
