【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的加快和經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)越來越重要。對于包含審查意見書的專利類文獻(xiàn)的翻譯需求也隨之增加。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告是一份關(guān)于生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域?qū)＠膶彶橐庖姇姆g,而且本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告是基于功能對等理論完成的。與其他應(yīng)用文體翻譯相比,審查意見書的翻譯需要豐富的專業(yè)背景知識和扎實(shí)的雙語互譯技能。筆者基于審查意見書的翻譯完成了本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的內(nèi)容主要有任務(wù)描述、過程描述、案例分析、總結(jié)四大部分。其中,任務(wù)描述的部分包括任務(wù)背景、審查意見書的介紹。過程描述的部分,其具體地描述本次審查意見書翻譯任務(wù)完成的過程,并且其包括培訓(xùn)、譯前準(zhǔn)備、具體過程以及譯后的反饋。案例分析部分,是本篇審查意見書翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的核心。整個(gè)翻譯過程完成之后,需要對所有的出現(xiàn)的疑難翻譯問題進(jìn)行分類歸納與總結(jié),然后描述如何解決這些疑難翻譯問題,運(yùn)用哪些翻譯理論、翻譯方法與翻譯策略。最后的部分是總結(jié),其總結(jié)了通過進(jìn)行本次審查意見書的翻譯任務(wù)體的不足與缺點(diǎn),同時(shí)也有很多的收獲,也希望本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的撰寫以后能為此類文件的翻譯帶來幫助。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and rapid economic development, intellectual property rights are becoming more and more important. The need for translation of patent documents containing review opinions is also increasing. This translation practice report is a translation of patent review opinion in biomedical field and is based on functional equivalence theory. Compared with other applied translation, the translation of review opinion requires rich professional background knowledge and solid bilingual translation skills. The author has completed this translation practice report based on the review opinion. The content of this translation practice report mainly includes task description, process description, case analysis and summary. The part of the task description includes the background of the task and the introduction of the review opinion. The part of the process description, which specifically describes the completion of the task of translation of this review opinion, and includes training, pre-translation preparation, process, and post-translation feedback. Case analysis is the core of the translation practice report of this review opinion. After the completion of the whole translation process, it is necessary to classify and summarize all the difficult translation problems, and then describe how to solve these difficult translation problems, what translation theories, translation methods and translation strategies are used. The last part is a summary, which summarizes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the translation task through this review opinion, and at the same time, it also has a lot of gains. It also hopes that the writing of this translation practice report will be helpful to the translation of such documents.
