　　【商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營預測方法】商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營預測方法大致有兩種:定量預測法和定性預測法。 (l)定量預測法。定量預測法是以歷史數(shù)據(jù)為基礎，運用數(shù)學方法或建立數(shù)學模型的方法進行預測。定量預測法又可分為時間數(shù)列預測法和因果預測法。 時間數(shù)列預測法的基本點是假定某一經(jīng)濟變量與時間相關，通過對過去歷史數(shù)據(jù)的處理，建立某一經(jīng)濟變量與時間的函數(shù)關系，描述其發(fā)展趨勢，然后求得未來預測值。屬于這一類的有樸素預測法、趨勢外推法、平滑法、分解法、自回歸一移動平均法等。因果法的基本點是假定某一因素的變化與另一因素有關，運用相關分析，確定相關系數(shù)，通過歷史數(shù)據(jù)的運算，建立模型，用自變量的變化來預測因變量的變化。屬于這一類的有一元或多元回歸、經(jīng)濟計量模型等。 (2)定性預測法。定性預測法是憑借經(jīng)驗和直觀資料進行預測的方法。這種方法是在許多主要因素不能定量或者不易定量分析的情況下，充分發(fā)揮人的主觀估計、推斷能力的方法，如政策因素、社會心理因素、企業(yè)和家庭投資傾向等都不易定量分析，需要發(fā)揮人的主觀估計和推斷能力，用定性預測法預測。屬于這一類方法的有個人經(jīng)驗法、主觀概率法、特爾菲法等。 一般說來，定量預測法多用于即期、短期預測，定性預測法多用于中、長期預測。對于某些預測，需要將兩種方法結合起來運用，以達到最優(yōu)的效果。同時，在預測過程中，還應把業(yè)務部門的預測、管理部門的預測、企業(yè)的預測和經(jīng)營預測結合起來，通過銀行工作人員的調查、專訪及與客戶的多方接觸和經(jīng)常聯(lián)系，，掌握經(jīng)濟情況的新變化，提高經(jīng)營預測的準確度〔
