【摘要】：正自1989年美國以知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題為借口啟動對華"301調(diào)查"以來,中國一直是美國"301調(diào)查"打擊的主要對象,而中國也一次次地通過談判—妥協(xié)或談判—報復與反報復—談判—妥協(xié)等較量避免了美國以"301調(diào)查"為借口對華發(fā)動貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)及其連鎖反應的風險。但是,如果對特朗普對華啟動"301調(diào)查"的結(jié)果也持這種看法的話,那將是一種巨大的誤判。實際上,特朗普對華發(fā)起"301調(diào)查",既有經(jīng)濟考慮,也有政治訴
[Abstract]:Since 1989, when the United States launched the "301 investigation" against China under the pretext of intellectual property rights, China has been the main target of the US "301 investigation."Again and again, China has avoided the risk of launching a trade war against China under the pretext of "301 investigation" and its chain reaction through negotiations-compromise or negotiation-retaliation and counter-retaliation-compromise.But it would be a huge miscalculation if the same view is taken about the outcome of Trump's 301 investigation into China.In fact, Trump launched the 301 investigation into China, both economic and political.
