【摘要】：知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系與QES三體系在管理體系構(gòu)成要素、結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制等方面擁有諸多相似之處,為四個(gè)管理體系的一體化融合建設(shè)創(chuàng)造了契機(jī)。開展企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系與QES三體系融合研究,旨在幫助企業(yè)全面提高知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理水平,促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,有效提高知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)水平,支撐創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:There are many similarities between the intellectual property management system and the three systems of QES in the elements, structure and operation mechanism of the management system. It has created an opportunity for the integration and construction of the four management systems. The purpose of the research on the integration of the enterprise intellectual property management system and the three systems of QES is to help enterprises to improve the level of intellectual property management in an all-round way and to promote technological innovation. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, effectively improve the level of contribution of intellectual property to enterprise management and development, and support the innovation-driven development strategy.
