【摘要】:汽車鈑金件連接是汽車制造中的一項(xiàng)重要生產(chǎn)工藝,壓力連接作為汽車鈑金件連接的先進(jìn)技術(shù),具有很多傳統(tǒng)工藝無法比擬的優(yōu)勢。壓力連接技術(shù)屬于冷擠壓成型技術(shù),過程簡單但成型機(jī)理復(fù)雜。隨著壓力連接技術(shù)的應(yīng)用更加廣泛,如何有效、快速的控制連接點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量成為一個亟待解決的問題。目前,,壓力連接質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的市場幾乎完全由國外品牌占據(jù),國內(nèi)對此的研究幾乎處于空白狀態(tài)。本文從實(shí)際需求出發(fā),在嵌入式技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究開發(fā)出了一套具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的壓力連接質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)對壓力連接過程的實(shí)時監(jiān)控,對連接點(diǎn)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行有效評估。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的壓力連接質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)分為數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊和數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊兩部分。數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊的主控制器采用STM32F103VET6,C語言編程,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬信號采集、編碼器信號采集、數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換、報(bào)警信號輸出等功能。數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊可以對工業(yè)中常見的信號形式進(jìn)行采集,尤其是位移信號,即可以采集伺服電機(jī)編碼器的編碼信號,也可以采集位移傳感器的輸出信號,這是本文的一大亮點(diǎn)。數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換芯片采用16位的ADS8341。數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊所具備的壓力超限報(bào)警功能可以有效地保護(hù)模具。數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊以TQ210開發(fā)板為硬件平臺,采用Windows CE嵌入式操作系統(tǒng),C#語言編程,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理、人機(jī)界面顯示、數(shù)據(jù)存儲等功能。數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊可以實(shí)時顯示壓力-位移曲線,采用窗口法作為質(zhì)量評估方法。另外,本文還為數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊與數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊之間設(shè)計(jì)了可靠的通訊協(xié)議。 試驗(yàn)表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的壓力連接質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的目標(biāo),對壓力連接過程進(jìn)行實(shí)時監(jiān)控,并有效評估連接點(diǎn)質(zhì)量。最后,本文對壓力連接質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)品化設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品化設(shè)計(jì)對系統(tǒng)投入工業(yè)使用提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The connection of automobile sheet metal parts is an important production technology in automobile manufacturing. As an advanced technology of automobile sheet metal parts connection, pressure connection technology has many advantages that cannot be compared with traditional technology. Pressure connection technology belongs to cold extrusion forming technology. The process is simple but the forming mechanism is complicated. With the application of the pressure connection technology more widely, how to control the quality of the connection point effectively and quickly becomes an urgent problem to be solved. The market of pressure connection quality monitoring system is almost completely occupied by foreign brands, and the domestic research on it is almost blank. This paper starts from the actual demand, based on the embedded technology, A pressure connection quality monitoring system with independent intellectual property rights is developed, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the pressure connection process and evaluate the quality of the connection point effectively. The pressure connection quality monitoring system designed in this paper is divided into two parts: data acquisition module and data processing module. The main controller of data acquisition module is programmed by STM32F103VET6C language, which mainly realizes analog signal acquisition and encoder signal acquisition. Digital to analog conversion, alarm signal output and other functions. The data acquisition module can collect the common signal forms in industry, especially the displacement signal, that is, the encoding signal of servo motor encoder can be collected. The output signal of the displacement sensor can also be collected, This is one of the highlights of this paper. Digital to analog conversion chip uses 16-bit ADS8341.The data acquisition module has the function of pressure exceeding alarm can effectively protect the mold. The data processing module takes the TQ210 development board as the hardware platform. The Windows CE embedded operating system is used to program in C # language, which mainly realizes the functions of data processing, man-machine interface display, data storage and so on. The data processing module can display the pressure-displacement curve in real time. In addition, a reliable communication protocol between the data processing module and the data acquisition module is designed. The test results show that the pressure connection quality monitoring system designed in this paper can achieve the desired goal, monitor the pressure connection process in real time, and evaluate the connection quality effectively. Finally, In this paper, the production design of the pressure connection quality monitoring system is carried out, which provides a reference for the system to be put into industrial use.
