【摘要】：環(huán)境保護(hù)關(guān)涉人類基本生存條件,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)制度理應(yīng)在環(huán)境保護(hù)之綠色創(chuàng)新思路中有所作為。環(huán)境保護(hù)政策與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)政策兩大體系的協(xié)同運(yùn)行既必要亦可行,政策協(xié)同機(jī)制的構(gòu)建有助于解決二者的現(xiàn)實(shí)沖突,促進(jìn)兩大政策體系的有序整合,達(dá)成協(xié)同效應(yīng),并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)政策協(xié)同到協(xié)同政策的質(zhì)變。
[Abstract]:Environmental protection concerns the basic living conditions of human beings, and the intellectual property system should play an important role in the green innovation of environmental protection. The cooperative operation of the two systems of environmental protection policy and intellectual property policy is both necessary and feasible. The construction of the policy coordination mechanism is helpful to solve the realistic conflict between the two systems, promote the orderly integration of the two policy systems, reach the synergy effect, and finally realize the qualitative change from the policy coordination to the coordinated policy.
