【摘要】:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新既是國家宏觀經(jīng)濟的增長源,同時亦是企業(yè)提升自我競爭力、維持企業(yè)良性可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心方法。但是,企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展風(fēng)險極大,不易成功,正因為這種高風(fēng)險的特點,使得企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新遭到很大的制約,是公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一大瓶頸。所以辨析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)風(fēng)險因子,摸索出其規(guī)律,且加以有效控制,這樣的話,對科技創(chuàng)新企業(yè)規(guī)避高風(fēng)險、獲取利益最大化來說意義深遠。DCC公司是高壓變頻器行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),1999年由國有企業(yè)投資成立,2004年與日本最先進的電力電子設(shè)備制造商合作組建合資企業(yè)。隨著企業(yè)在品牌和技術(shù)方面的競爭日益突出,DCC公司感到在創(chuàng)新過程中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的風(fēng)險和公司的生產(chǎn)運營活動緊密相連,橫貫了企業(yè)運營的全程,商標(biāo)、專利權(quán)、業(yè)內(nèi)秘密等等知識產(chǎn)權(quán)早已成為企業(yè)利益沖突的重點,也已成為公司間利益糾紛的主要導(dǎo)火索,公司開始思考怎么有效辨析公司風(fēng)險且采取有效管控策略,希望通過風(fēng)險管控,降低技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在不同階段的風(fēng)險。但是由于企業(yè)對于此風(fēng)險控制經(jīng)驗嚴重不足,更加缺少對于不同階段風(fēng)險的規(guī)避措施,導(dǎo)致止步不前。本文主要從DCC公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程的實踐出發(fā),分析DCC公司在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理過程中的潛在風(fēng)險,并應(yīng)對不同階段的風(fēng)險給出合理的建設(shè)性的預(yù)防措施,幫助企業(yè)有效識別和控制知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險,提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率,增強核心競爭力,并且對整個高壓變頻器制造行業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險管控有借鑒意義。文中首先介紹了高壓變頻器發(fā)展沿革及DCC公司狀況,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡明了DCC公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的特點。更進一步分析知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的作用,分析高壓變頻器制造企業(yè)DCC公司在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中不同階段的潛在風(fēng)險,提出規(guī)避措施,降低不利影響,使得技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中涉及部門的風(fēng)險意識有所提高,提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is not only the source of national macroeconomic growth, but also the core method for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and maintain their sound and sustainable development. It is precisely because of this high risk characteristic that the technological innovation of the enterprise is greatly restricted, which is a major bottleneck of the sustainable development of the company. Therefore, the related risk factors of the technological innovation are analyzed, and the laws of the technological innovation are fumbled out and effectively controlled. In this case, to avoid high risks for scientific and technological innovation enterprises, DCC is a leading enterprise in the high voltage inverter industry. It was established in 1999 by the state-owned enterprise, and in 2004 it formed a joint venture with Japan's most advanced power and electronic equipment manufacturer. The industry is increasingly competitive in brand and technology. DCC feels that the risks of intellectual property rights in the innovation process are closely linked to the company's production and operation activities. Intellectual property rights, such as traversing the entire process of enterprise operation, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and so on, have long been the focus of conflicts of interest among enterprises, and have also become the main triggers for disputes over interests among companies. The company began to think about how to effectively distinguish the risk of the company and adopt effective control strategy, hoping to reduce the risk of technological innovation at different stages through risk control. This paper analyzes the potential risks of DCC in the process of intellectual property management from the point of view of the practice of the technological innovation process of DCC Company. We should give reasonable and constructive preventive measures to the risks in different stages, help enterprises to identify and control intellectual property risks effectively, improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises, and enhance the core competitiveness. It is useful for the intellectual property risk control of the whole manufacturing industry of high voltage frequency converter. Firstly, this paper introduces the history of the development of high voltage frequency converter and the status of DCC company. On this basis, the characteristics of DCC's technological innovation are expounded. The function of intellectual property is further analyzed, the potential risks of DCC Company in different stages of technological innovation are analyzed, and the measures to avoid it are put forward. To reduce the adverse effects, the risk awareness of the departments involved in the process of technological innovation has been improved, and the efficiency of enterprise innovation has been improved.
