天井鉆機多模態(tài)鉆進電液控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:天井鉆機是一種廣泛應用于礦山以及煤礦中的天井掘進設備,我國天井鉆機鉆機的發(fā)展水平與國際知名的天井鉆機制造商之間的差距還很大。本課題依托國內某大型工程機械生產廠商新開發(fā)的RH30天井鉆機項目,旨在解決我國大直徑大深度天井鉆機長期依賴進口以及自主產品自動化程度過低的問題。 本研究課題在查閱大量相關文獻以及了解國際國內各大天井鉆機最新產品特性的基礎上,提出RH30天井鉆機電液控制系統(tǒng)的設計要求以及性能指標,,并分析天井鉆機施工工藝以和操作流程,設計出一套適用于大直徑天井鉆機的自動化程度高、高可靠性、高效率的液壓系統(tǒng)。通過煤礦調研,設計出一種可拆卸式動力站,其拆卸后的最小單元能夠滿足煤礦升降井罐籠尺寸的要求,便于運輸與裝卸。同時,設計出一套具有高度自動化,具有自主知識產權的控制系統(tǒng)。其具有故障預警、防止誤操作、鉆具自動稱重、恒壓力和恒扭矩鉆進等功能。 在已經設計制造出來的硬件基礎上,進行多模態(tài)鉆進控制方式研究,包括恒壓力鉆進和恒扭矩鉆進控制。恒壓力鉆進解決傳統(tǒng)天井鉆機鉆進過程中依靠操作者讀取壓力表數(shù)值來計算鉆進壓力的問題,RH30天井鉆機將該過程完全交給控制器。而恒扭矩控制則是將置于動力頭馬達兩端的壓力傳感器的讀數(shù)作為反饋,通過調整鉆桿的軸向壓力來保證扭矩恒定。恒壓力和恒扭矩鉆進的目的都是減輕操作工人的勞動強度、提高自動化程度,同時保護鉆桿不受損壞。 本研究課題在設計出一套完整的天井鉆機電液控制系統(tǒng)的基礎上,將恒壓力恒扭矩鉆進控制引入到天井鉆機的控制中,其理論意義在于為今后將更加高級的控制算法引入到鉆進設備中奠定了基礎。工程實際意義則提高了天井鉆機的自動化程度,保證鉆進效率的同時減輕了操作者的勞動強度。
[Abstract]:The patio drilling rig is widely used in mines and coal mines. There is still a big gap between the development level of Chinese patio drilling rig and that of the world-famous manufacturer of patio drilling rig. This subject relies on the newly developed RH30 patio drilling rig project developed by a large construction machinery manufacturer in China. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of long-term dependence on imported large diameter and large-depth patio drilling rig and low degree of automation of its own products. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents and understanding the latest product characteristics of the large patio drilling rig at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the design requirements and performance indicators of the electromechanical control system for RH30 patio drilling. Based on the analysis of the construction technology and operation process of the patio drilling rig, a set of hydraulic system with high automation, high reliability and high efficiency is designed, which is suitable for large diameter patio drilling rig. A detachable power station is designed, the minimum unit after disassembly can meet the requirements of the cage size of coal mine lifting well, and it is convenient to transport and load and unload. At the same time, the design has a high degree of automation. Control system with independent intellectual property rights. It has the functions of fault warning, prevention of misoperation, automatic weighing of drilling tools, constant pressure and constant torque drilling and so on. On the basis of the hardware which has been designed and manufactured, the multi-mode drilling control mode is studied. It includes constant pressure drilling and constant torque drilling control. Constant pressure drilling solves the problem of calculating drilling pressure by operator reading pressure gauge in the drilling process of traditional patio drilling machine. The RH30 patio rig gives the process entirely to the controller, while constant torque control uses readings of the pressure sensors placed at both ends of the motor at the power head as feedback. The purpose of constant pressure and constant torque drilling is to reduce the labor intensity of the operator, improve the degree of automation and protect the drill pipe from damage. Based on the design of a complete electromechanical hydraulic control system for patio drilling, the constant pressure and constant torque drilling control is introduced into the control of the patio drilling rig. The theoretical significance is to lay a foundation for the introduction of more advanced control algorithms into drilling equipment in the future, and the engineering practical significance is to improve the automation degree of the patio drilling rig. The drilling efficiency is guaranteed and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced at the same time.
