【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),給知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法帶來(lái)了許多新議題,其中商業(yè)方法的專利性保護(hù)是頗具爭(zhēng)議的一個(gè)議題。贊成與反對(duì)的聲音此起彼伏。而我國(guó)處于當(dāng)今知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的全球化時(shí)代,應(yīng)在結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情的基礎(chǔ)上借鑒歐美國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn),明確對(duì)商業(yè)方法專利性保護(hù)的態(tài)度并將其提上日程。
[Abstract]:With the coming of knowledge economy era, many new issues have been brought to intellectual property law. Among them, the patent protection of business methods is a controversial issue. The voices for and against rise one after another, while our country is in the era of globalization with the rapid development of knowledge economy. We should draw lessons from the experience of European and American countries on the basis of our country's national conditions, make clear the attitude to the patent protection of business methods and put it on the agenda.
