大型梁柱復(fù)合式龍門電火花機床設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:機床是制造業(yè)的“工作母機”,代表著一個國家制造業(yè)水平,從某種意義上講,可以折射出一個國家的工業(yè)發(fā)展水平。高檔數(shù)控機床對一個國家的航空航天、模具制造、科學(xué)研究、精密機械、高精醫(yī)療設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域,都具有不可替代的作用。近年來,隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和國防建設(shè)步伐加快,社會對高檔數(shù)控機床的需求日益提高。高檔數(shù)控機床受制于國外的格局仍會制約我國制造業(yè)整體水平提升,影響我國現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展進步,因此開發(fā)研制具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的大型電火花數(shù)控機床有著重要現(xiàn)實意義。 研制大型電火花機床應(yīng)首先解決機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計問題,這是機床性能、精度和可靠性的基礎(chǔ)與保證。本文摒棄常規(guī)電火花機床單懸臂牛頭橫梁結(jié)構(gòu),創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)計龍門橫梁結(jié)構(gòu),保證機床整機結(jié)構(gòu)布局合理,橫梁部件結(jié)構(gòu)剛性大幅提高,驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動性能得以改善。工作液槽是電火花機床重要的輔助裝置,本文還從機械結(jié)構(gòu)方面設(shè)計了一種適合大型龍門結(jié)構(gòu)火花機的工作液槽。圍繞本課題的核心問題,本文對大型電火花機床進行了有針對性的設(shè)計研究,主要完成如下工作: (1)從電火花成形加工對火花機的要求入手,設(shè)計一款適用于大型加工工件的電火花加工機床,根據(jù)技術(shù)需求對機床的整體布局方案進行了設(shè)計與研究,包括機床的床身結(jié)構(gòu),龍門架結(jié)構(gòu),主軸結(jié)構(gòu)等。為了提高機床的加工效率選擇了雙龍門的布局形式,為了提高加工精度采用了橫梁簡支受力結(jié)構(gòu)。總體來說,這是一款采用梁柱復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的雙龍門大型電火花成形機床,并已申報國家發(fā)明專利。 (2)工作液槽是電火花機床重要的輔助裝置,是工作液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。通過對電火花機床工作液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的介紹和研究,本文特別針對對本大型電火花成形機的工作需求,重點設(shè)計大型電火花機工作液槽的折疊門結(jié)構(gòu)研究門的啟動關(guān)閉、密封和自鎖等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并為此申報國家發(fā)明專利。 (3)對所設(shè)計的電火花成形機床的主要運動部件,如橫梁、動立柱、主軸進行了詳細設(shè)計分析。從大型結(jié)構(gòu)件比剛度概念出發(fā),對傳統(tǒng)懸臂牛頭結(jié)構(gòu)和本文龍門結(jié)構(gòu)兩種大型電火花機床相關(guān)技術(shù)部件進行分析比較,驗證了龍門結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)越性。 (4)通過對直線電機和旋轉(zhuǎn)電機驅(qū)動的比較分析,本文對大型電火花機床的X、Y、Z三軸的驅(qū)動方式進行了選型研究,對其驅(qū)動結(jié)構(gòu)進行了詳細設(shè)計,對其中的X軸長跨距滾珠絲杠的振動問題進行了極限分析,提出了減振提速的可行性技術(shù)方案。
[Abstract]:Machine tool is the "working mother machine" of manufacturing industry, which represents the manufacturing level of a country. In a sense, it can reflect the level of industrial development of a country. Mold manufacturing, scientific research, precision machinery, high-precision medical equipment and other fields, have played an irreplaceable role. In recent years, with the pace of national economic construction and national defense construction accelerated. The demand for high-grade CNC machine tools is increasing day by day. The pattern of high-grade CNC machine tools restricted by foreign countries will still restrict the overall level of our manufacturing industry and affect the development and progress of our modern industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop and develop large EDM CNC machine tools with independent intellectual property rights. It is necessary to solve the problem of mechanical structure design in the development of large EDM, which is the basis and guarantee of machine performance, precision and reliability. In this paper, the single-arm oxhead beam structure of conventional EDM is abandoned. Innovative design of the gantry beam structure to ensure that the machine tool structure layout is reasonable, the structural rigidity of the beam parts greatly improved. The driving performance of the drive system is improved. The working tank is an important auxiliary device of EDM. This paper also designs a kind of working liquid tank suitable for large gantry structure spark machine from the aspect of mechanical structure. Around the core problem of this subject, this paper has carried on the targeted design research to the large-scale electric spark machine tool. The main tasks are as follows: 1) starting with the requirement of EDM to spark machine, a EDM machine tool suitable for large workpiece machining is designed. According to the technical requirements, the overall layout scheme of EDM machine is designed and studied. Including machine bed structure, gantry frame structure, spindle structure and so on. In order to improve the machining efficiency of the machine tool, the double gantry layout form is selected, in order to improve the machining accuracy, the simply supported force structure of the crossbeam is adopted. This is a double-gantry EDM machine with Liang Zhu compound structure, and has been declared national invention patent. Working tank is an important auxiliary device of EDM and an important part of working fluid circulatory system. This paper introduces and studies the working fluid circulating system of EDM. According to the working demand of the large EDM machine, this paper focuses on the design of the folding door structure of the working tank of the large EDM machine. The key technologies such as the starting and closing, sealing and self-locking of the door are mainly designed in this paper. And to this application for national invention patents. In this paper, the main moving parts of the EDM machine tool, such as beam, column and spindle, are designed and analyzed in detail, starting from the concept of specific stiffness of large structural parts. The advantages of the traditional cantilever ox-head structure and the gantry structure of this paper are analyzed and compared, and the advantages of the gantry structure are verified. Through the comparative analysis of linear motor and rotary motor drive, this paper studies the type selection of the driving mode of the large EDM XFY Z three-axis, and designs the driving structure of the drive structure in detail. 4) by comparing and analyzing the driving mode of the linear motor and the rotating motor, the driving mode of the large EDM is studied in this paper. The limit analysis of the vibration of the X-axis long span ball screw is carried out, and the feasible technical scheme of reducing vibration and increasing speed is put forward.
