【摘要】：冬蟲夏草作為重要的自然資源,因其產(chǎn)量的稀缺性和實物的昂貴性,使得冬蟲夏草產(chǎn)地的藏族農(nóng)牧民對其依賴性亦愈加高,并不斷改變著藏民族逐水草放牧的生活方式和生產(chǎn)方式。每年5、6月間,藏族農(nóng)牧民在采集冬蟲夏草過程中,既獲得了不菲的收入,也帶來了諸如生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞、行政管理成本高等亟待立法規(guī)制的問題。為此,本文根據(jù)筆者對青海省個別冬蟲夏草產(chǎn)區(qū)的實地調(diào)查,就冬蟲夏草采集的相關(guān)問題進行梳理,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決之策。
[Abstract]:As an important natural resource, Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps sinensis) has become increasingly dependent on the Tibetan farmers and herdsmen in the origin of Cordyceps sinensis because of the scarcity of its yield and the high cost of its physical objects. And constantly changing the Tibetan people living style and production mode of herding by water and grass. In the process of collecting Cordyceps sinensis, Tibetan farmers and herdsmen not only get a good deal of income every May and June, but also bring problems such as the destruction of ecological environment and the high cost of administration. Therefore, based on the field investigation of individual Cordyceps sinensis production areas in Qinghai Province, this paper combs the related problems of Cordyceps sinensis collection and puts forward corresponding solutions.
