【摘要】：當(dāng)前,經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力仍在,企業(yè)的關(guān)停并轉(zhuǎn)、拆分、遷移加速等都使勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定性受到?jīng)_擊。本文通過對(duì)南京M公司集體談判案的具體分析,討論集體協(xié)商談判時(shí)如何在維護(hù)職工權(quán)益的同時(shí)兼顧企業(yè)利益,以及如何做好談判訴求的妥協(xié)與勞資利益的平衡,是本案能夠取得成功的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:At present, the downward pressure of economy is still in place, and the stability of labor relations is affected by the closure, separation and acceleration of migration. Through the concrete analysis of the collective bargaining case of Nanjing M Company, this paper discusses how to protect the rights and interests of the workers and staff while taking into account the interests of the enterprise, and how to balance the demands of negotiation with the interests of labor and capital. It is the key to the success of the case.
