【摘要】：縣級(jí)政府規(guī)范性文件在執(zhí)行法律法規(guī)、履行社會(huì)職責(zé)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。在實(shí)踐中,其文件質(zhì)量卻不甚理想,存在不合法、不合理、不規(guī)范等現(xiàn)象,需要多措并舉,提升縣級(jí)政府規(guī)范性文件質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:County-level government normative documents play an important role in implementing laws and regulations and performing social duties. In practice, the quality of documents is not very ideal, there are illegal, unreasonable, non-standard and other phenomena, need to do more to improve the quality of normative documents of county-level governments.
