【摘要】：正依法治教貫穿于國家、學校和教師多個層次,教師遵守憲法、法律和職業(yè)道德是基礎;依法治教覆蓋于政府行為、社會行為、學校行為和教師的職務言行,教師的職務言行遵守教育教學行為規(guī)范是基礎。在教師層面,在職務言行中遵守教育教學行為規(guī)范既關系到培養(yǎng)什么樣人的教育根本問題,又關系到言論自由、學術自由的重大問題。對此,需要從依法治教的層面深入剖析、嚴肅對待。
[Abstract]:Education is governed by law throughout the country, schools and teachers are at many levels, teachers abide by the Constitution, and laws and professional ethics are the basis; governing education according to law covers government behavior, social behavior, school behavior, and teachers' words and deeds. The teacher's duty words and deeds abide by the educational teaching behavior norm is the foundation. At the teacher level, it is not only related to the fundamental problem of education, but also related to the freedom of speech and academic freedom to abide by the norms of educational and teaching behavior. In view of this, need from the level of management of education according to law in-depth analysis, take seriously.
