【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)公益眾籌作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融和網(wǎng)絡(luò)慈善的一種全新形式,憑借平臺的開放性、運(yùn)營的市場化、資金的規(guī)模化,打破了空間、時間的限制,幾年時間就發(fā)展到數(shù)十億的市場規(guī)模,為更多的個人和組織提供了幫助,為公益與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的有機(jī)結(jié)合、慈善方式的創(chuàng)新提供了更多的選擇和可能。但是法律監(jiān)管滯后、相關(guān)法規(guī)不完善、運(yùn)營模式不夠成熟等問題,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)公益眾籌面臨平臺信用風(fēng)險、資金管理風(fēng)險以及監(jiān)管風(fēng)險等問題。充分運(yùn)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維,完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī),加強(qiáng)平臺管理的內(nèi)控規(guī)范,增強(qiáng)投資人風(fēng)險意識教育,才可以避免網(wǎng)絡(luò)公益眾籌發(fā)展面臨的風(fēng)險和挑戰(zhàn),促進(jìn)眾籌平臺形成良好的信用體系和抗風(fēng)險能力,推動公益眾籌行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new form of Internet finance and network charity, network public funding has broken the limitation of space and time with the openness of the platform, the marketization of operation and the scale of capital. In a few years, it has developed to the market scale of billions, which has helped more individuals and organizations, provided more choices and possibilities for the organic combination of public welfare and the Internet, and provided more choices and possibilities for the innovation of philanthropic methods. However, the legal supervision lags behind, the related laws and regulations are not perfect, the operation mode is not mature enough, and so on, which makes the network public interest funding face the platform credit risk, the fund management risk and the supervision risk and so on. Only by making full use of Internet thinking, perfecting relevant laws and regulations, strengthening the internal control norms of platform management and strengthening investor risk awareness education, can we avoid the risks and challenges faced by the development of network public interest funding. To promote the public funding platform to form a good credit system and risk-resistant ability to promote the sustainable development of public funding industry.
