【摘要】：文章通過對貴陽市公眾環(huán)境教育中心的調(diào)查,分析總結(jié)了該中心成立以來在環(huán)境保護方面所作的努力,包括參與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)地方法規(guī)的修訂,以非對抗性方式參與環(huán)境保護,對有關(guān)縣市和部門的生態(tài)文明工作進行第三方監(jiān)督,幫助企業(yè)進行污染治理,開展環(huán)境公益訴訟等,從一個側(cè)面反映出貴陽市當前環(huán)境共治的現(xiàn)實及主要方式。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of Guiyang Public Environmental Education Center, this paper analyzes and summarizes the efforts made by the Center in environmental protection since its establishment, including participating in the revision of local laws and regulations for the construction of ecological civilization, and participating in environmental protection in a non-confrontational manner. The third party supervision of ecological civilization work of relevant counties, cities and departments, helping enterprises to carry out pollution control and environmental public welfare litigation, etc., reflects the reality and main ways of environmental co-management in Guiyang City from one side.
