【摘要】：正在中國(guó)圖書(shū)館界,有兩個(gè)行業(yè)共識(shí),一直在指引著圖書(shū)館事業(yè)砥礪前行。一個(gè)是2002年發(fā)布的《中國(guó)圖書(shū)館員職業(yè)道德準(zhǔn)則(試行)》,共識(shí)表明的是圖書(shū)館員必須遵守的道德規(guī)范;另一個(gè)是2008年發(fā)布的《圖書(shū)館服務(wù)宣言》,共識(shí)表明的是圖書(shū)館行業(yè)對(duì)社會(huì)的服務(wù)承諾。服務(wù)是圖書(shū)館的生命線,是公共圖書(shū)館安身立命的根本所在。提供什么?怎么提供?這是規(guī)范公共圖書(shū)館服務(wù)的核心與關(guān)鍵。2017年11月4日,第十二屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委
[Abstract]:There are two industry consensus in China ' s library , which has been guiding the work of library . One is the code of ethics for librarians to abide by in 2002 . The consensus shows that librarians must abide by the code of ethics ; the other is the library ' s service commitment to the society . What is provided ? How to provide ?
