【摘要】："職業(yè)醫(yī)鬧"以給醫(yī)院造成負(fù)面影響的方式向醫(yī)院方施加壓力,從醫(yī)患雙方處同時(shí)掠奪報(bào)償與酬勞,其既不創(chuàng)造社會(huì)財(cái)富,又嚴(yán)重破壞社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定。根據(jù)血酬定律的理論,闡釋"職業(yè)醫(yī)鬧"在血酬作用下屢禁不止的深層機(jī)理,通過研究以"醫(yī)鬧"為職業(yè)的群體發(fā)跡史,分析"職業(yè)醫(yī)鬧"在醫(yī)方、患方、社會(huì)與警方的姑息下,所具有的從業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低、行業(yè)收益高及從業(yè)環(huán)境寬松等特點(diǎn),總結(jié)出既能縮減醫(yī)患雙方力量差距,又能有力擠壓"職業(yè)醫(yī)鬧"生存空間的突破口。
[Abstract]:The "occupational medical trouble" exerts pressure on the hospital side in a way that has a negative impact on the hospital, plunders the reward and reward from both doctors and patients at the same time, which neither creates social wealth nor seriously destroys social harmony and stability. According to the theory of the law of blood pay, this paper explains the deep mechanism of repeated prohibition of "occupational medical trouble" under the action of blood pay, and through the study of the group history of "medical trouble" as the profession, analyzes the "occupational medical trouble" in the doctor's side and the patient's side. Under the appeasement of the society and the police, the employment risk is low, the industry income is high and the working environment is loose, which can reduce the power gap between doctors and patients, and can squeeze out the survival space of "professional doctor making trouble".
