【摘要】：公共圖書館事業(yè)是"文化強(qiáng)國"的重要組成部分。通過立法工作促進(jìn)公共圖書館的發(fā)展,有助于我國文化軟實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)。英國公共圖書館立法有著悠久的歷史,積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我們應(yīng)借鑒相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),不斷強(qiáng)化公民的公共文化法律意識(shí),全面解決公共圖書館的管理問題;在民主參與的立法原則下,充分融合相關(guān)法律和地方法規(guī),確保弱勢(shì)群體的知識(shí)平等權(quán),以推動(dòng)公共圖書館事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The cause of public library is an important part of "strong country of culture". To promote the development of public library through legislative work is helpful to strengthen the soft power of Chinese culture. British public library legislation has a long history and accumulated rich experience. We should draw lessons from relevant experience, constantly strengthen citizens' public cultural legal consciousness, solve the management problem of public library in an all-round way, and fully integrate relevant laws and local regulations under the principle of democratic participation in legislation. To ensure the knowledge equality of the disadvantaged groups to promote the sustainable development of public libraries.
